Pet must be discussed/approved and paid in advance. This is a pet friendly apartment for up to 1 dog. To maintain the condition of the home the pet fee will be $60. Failure to disclose a pet at this property before check-in could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged. No smoking - minimum $250 fine.

Heating and air conditioning is via a mini split wall unit controlled via remote. Floors in unit are concrete. Outdoor firepit is wood burning - wood is not provided.
