Home away from Home!!

This is a spacious 1980's Cottage has approximately 1000 sq ft, vaulted ceiling open floor plan 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage that can accommodate 4 adults, or a small family of four. Due to the COVID Pandemic we are taking extra cleaning precautions and following the CDC and VRBO cleaning protocols.
The kitchen is fully stocked to make any size meal you may need. Feel spoiled using brand new electric oven and storing your cold and frozen goods in side by side refrigerator with water and ice dispenser.
The bedroom has a brand new King size bed with plush mattress. Updated linens and pillows are always a priority at our cottage.
The living room has a sofa, and two additional chairs for extra seating. There is a Murphy bed that converts to full size bed as well.
Large bath is complete with large walk in shower, plush towels, and complimentary toiletries.
The cottage has white birch flooring installed for that new cozy home feel, as well as easy clean up.
The cottage has a Xeriscape backyard. Saving water one day at a time! Complete with gas grill, contemporary fence, river rocks, "grass" that looks perfect all the time, and a couple chairs to enjoy quiet time. Please note the gate is about 3 inch gap between each rung, if bringing a small dog.

We offer high speed WIFI connection for our guests, which should make it easy to stream movies on Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Peacock. The cottage has two TVs, one 70” smart TV in the living room and one 32” smart TV in the bedroom. Both TVs have around 51 digital HD channels and stream various providers.
The cottage has central heating and cooling system installed complete with smart EcoBee thermostat.
There is also a covered 1 car carport to the left of the cottage, and plenty of extra space for an RV, Trailer, boat in the field on the west side of the carport that you are free to use.
There is also a park one block from the cottage that has an off leash section for your furry friends! Guests should Be assured complete privacy when staying in the cottage. We love being able to host our guests and give them the best of the best.
