A private entrance leads to an efficiency garden suite for up to two people.

Facing our lush garden are a bedroom and a cozy sitting room w/kitchenette (microwave but no stove).

Our neighborhood is clean, beautiful and centered around many attractions. Gorgeous buildings give a combination of city life and the Presidio Forest.

Safe, low density, we are conveniently between the Marina, Fisherman's Wharf, the Golden Gate Bridge, NOPA & Golden Gate Park. Plus free, accessible street parking!
The space
Your private two room unit faces our lovely garden . You have a sleeping room, en suite bathroom with shower (no tub), and a cozy kitchenette/sitting area with sink, microwave, compact refrigerator, Keurig, coffee maker, French Press, rice maker and toaster.

Please understand though there is a microwave oven, there is no stove.

The bed is queen size. We provide wifi and limited tv reception along with Netflix streaming.

A great plus for drivers: Street parking is free and commonly available, a rarity on the north side of San Francisco. There is a three hour limit on weekdays between 9-4 and we can assist you regarding time restrictions. On weekends, there are no restrictions.

We are just a short walk from b. Patisserie, a James Beard Award winner, in one direction and in the other direction to Arsicault, a winner of Bon Appetite's Bakery of the Year for their croissants.

We follow Airbnb's Cleaning Protocols, and we always have taken cleanliness extremely seriously. We have the highest 5.0 rating for cleanliness. Down to the details, from doorknobs, locks and light switches, we are highly diligent about cleaning procedures and protocols.

Wander our neighborhood to enjoy some of the most outstanding architecture in the city in addition to views of the San Francisco Bay.

Prefer nature? A huge forest is almost outside our door. A five minute walk takes you to the trails of Presidio National Park. Some even lead to the Golden Gate Bridge.

Our garden can be part of your experience. Enjoy coffee or wine seated next to our lilies, birds of paradise, orchids, camellia bushes and dozens of succulents. We invite you to pick some lemons from our lemon tree.

Outdoor dining possibilities include Fillmore/Pacific Heights, Clement Street, the Marina District, Laurel Village, Sacramento Street and Japantown..

To create the best experience for you, our lock system is combination (disinfected between guests) and we can meet with you virtually or in person. Whatever suits your level of comfort.

We love our location. Our neighborhood is beautiful, clean with safe low density while being centrally located. Downtown is a short bus or car ride away.

Our neighborhood really represents all the charm and beauty of San Francisco. The architecture is beautiful, the landscaping is lovely and the location is convenient to many most popular sites.

Your private entrance is the side entrance of our home.

Fresh, clean towels, sheets and bedding will be waiting for you along with soap, shampoo and conditioner. We kindly ask you to make sure the shower curtain liner is tucked inside the shower stall.

You are welcome to enjoy our garden which has an abundance of flowers, plants and succulents.
Other things to note
Our neighborhood is sometimes flat, and also has some small to moderate hills, much like the other most picturesque areas providing the views that San Francisco is famous for.
