We do wish you had reached out to us during your stay, as several of the items you mentioned—such as the tub access panel and slow-draining sink—are things we could have addressed quickly while you were in the home. While our team regularly inspects and maintains the property, certain issues can develop between stays, and unless guests notify us, we are not always aware of them. Regarding cosmetic wear, as a frequently occupied vacation rental with guests and luggage moving through the home year-round, minor scuffs and marks on walls, doors, and other surfaces can occur. While we continuously work to maintain the property to a high standard, it is not practical to repaint or perform touch-ups between every reservation. We also wanted to note that we do pay close attention to guest feedback and continually invest in improvements to the property when it’s shared directly with us. Feedback like yours helps us identify areas that may need additional attention. We appreciate you bringing these items to our attention and will be reviewing them with our maintenance and cleaning teams.
