This beautiful, well-equipped 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse. The house lives well for both a friends or family retreat with an open living and kitchen on the ground floor with a powder room. Go up to the 2nd floor for an en suite master bedroom with a king bed while down the hall is a second bedroom with a queen bed and a third bunk bedroom that can accommodate adults. This includes a queen bed on the bottom, a trundle bed below the queen, and single bed on the top bunk. There is a full bath in the hall.

This house is set up with fun in mind. There is a patio with a grill, outdoor dining, games and streaming TVs, 2 bikes, body boards and skim board, and beach chairs and of course the beautiful Traders club house and pool only one block away.
