For those who are planning to go to the North Bus Terminal to get to Malapascua and Bantayan, it’s also not too far from the unit.

South Bus Terminal (for Oslob Whale Shark) - 18mins
North Bus terminal (for Malapascua & Bantayan) - 6 mins
Busay, Little Amsterdam, Temple of Leah, Tops - 10 mins

The hand-painted wall mural that was done by an artist in Cebu makes our place a quirky testament to Cebuano skill. The furniture was also specifically picked out to create a minimalist but well-equipped space for guests.
Guest access
You have the entire unit to yourselves. You can also use the pool for a minimal fee.
The laundry cages in the roofdeck are free to use.
Other things to note
ANY OF THE FF COVID REQUIREMENTS. Vaccination card, Brgy cert or med cert is needed for all guests.

SEPARATE BEDS. If you want separate beds, kindly request at least a day before your check in date so we can prep the room accordingly.
PARKING. Parking is free for 2 hours and P25 per hour after.

MONTH-or-MORE-STAYS. We'd like to have you longer! However, you can control energy and water consumption more so guests who want to stay for 24 days or more shall take care of half of electricity with a deposit.

BED. The bed is full size and is good for two people. There is also a pullout one underneath that’s also good for two small builds. The room is 19-sq m and everything just fits right. However, if adults are on the plus side, it might be best if you only book until 3rd pax. Full 4 pax accommodations are best for couples with 2 kids.

GYM. Gym is in adjacent bldg and has a P200 per use fee.

Extra towels for a minimal fee.

EARLY CHECK IN. If there are no guests before you, this is no problem. Otherwise, you’d have to go in at regular in time of 3pm. There is also a minimal hourly fee for early in.

TROPICAL LIFE. We are in a tropical country. Sometimes, ants and mosquitoes are present. If they are prolific, please let us know so we can help you take care of them.

INTERNET. We have internet in the unit but if, in rare cases, the service provider experiences some problem, pls let us know so we can send a temporary modem and coordinate with service provider too.
