Peek'N Peak Ski in/Out - Top of the Slopes; Direct Rates

The Bowen Slope-side Condo at 8248 Canterbury is truly ski in/out, located on the western side of the Peek'n Peak summit with beautiful views of the slopes. There are a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, comfortably accommodating up to 10 people. Tudor-style decor provides a classic ski chalet retreat, complete with wood burning fireplace. Two large sliding doors on either side of the fireplace open to an elevated deck and offer views of the skiers passing by below. The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar and is open to the dining and living areas. The living area includes a large screen television with bluray disc player, and stereo entertainment system with IPod dock. The furnishings can best be described as cozy and comfortable. The first floor master bedroom features a king size bed and full bath. The second floor hallway is open to the living area below and includes two additional bedrooms and a full bath with double sink vanity. The lower level provides direct access to the slopes and has an entertainment area with HD TV and Wii Gaming System for the kids. This level also has an additional full bath and large bedroom with two queen size beds.

Peek'n Peak Resort offers the following amenities: 27 groomed ski runs, snow tubing hill, cross country skiing, two 18 hole golf courses; indoor and outdoor swimming pools (with water slide,) hot tub, sauna, tennis courts, fitness center, Spa, putt putt golf and more. Take advantage of the golf and ski schools! The skiing is perfect for kids and families or for those who enjoy a black diamond run. Enjoy area attractions such as the beaches of Presque Isle State Park, Chautauqua Lake, Findley Lake, and even Niagara Falls. This area also offers some great snowmobiling, with access to over 150 miles of groomed trails.

Linens are included plus starter hand soap, dish detergent and toilet paper. Wireless internet access is available at the main lodge, and WiFi is also available in the condo.

This unit is privately owned and is being offered at a discount to the Peek's prices. Rent it for your next ski weekend, or family event or vacation! Two-night minimum. All amenities of the resort are available for use although the pool/exercise/tennis area requires a daily fee of $12/day for adults and $6/day for children. We offer flexible check-in and check-out times, but only if they are agreed upon in advance so accurate cleaning times can be maintained.

Cancellation policy: If the client cancels at least 3 months prior to the scheduled stay, there is a full refund. If the client cancels between 3 weeks before to 3 months before the stay, the deposit if forfeited but the rent is refunded. If the client cancels within 3 weeks of the scheduled stay, the deposit is forfeited and the rent is credited to a future date.
