Charming, one-of-a-kind property in a boutique-like setting with only 11 other units. There is a beautiful, heated pool with tables and chairs, as well as chaise lounges. The property has grills and a dock on the bay where you can go finishing or just sit with your coffee to watch the sun come up! Across the street is a private beach (4 min. walk) with chaise lounges for you to use. This second story walk up property includes a washer and dryer in the unit. The spacious bedroom has a comfortable king sized bed and a second TV. There is a daybed on the lanai which is a great place to nap, read a book or watch boats on the bay. One dedicated parking spot is included. Walking distance to Durante Park, Euphemia Haye Restaurant, Lazy Lobster Restaurant, La Norma Restaurant and Pizzeria, Blue Dolphin Cafe, Tylers Ice Cream, antiques, art, Pilates, CBD, salon and other shops. Had a wonderful time. What a great location, a few steps from the beach is just what it is. Everything you need to relax and enjoy Longboat Key is at your fingertips. Very clean and quiet condo. It was perfect. The neighbors were exceptionally friendly. Pool was clean and perfect size for my wife and I. Host was very helpful and quick to respond to a few questions I had. Will definitely visit again.

I felt like we were staying in the home of a relative or good friend! Extremely clean. Fabulous location, dishes, towels, pantry and bathroom items were TOP NOTCH! Loved the new washer and dryer also! Pool was great and very clean! Decor in the condo was very beachy and well done. Bed so very comfortable! Will definitely try and come back!! Just need a drip coffee maker!

Five night stay

Incredible value…great location, spacious unit, very clean at a small fraction of a nightly room rate at nearby hotels. We have already recommended it to friends who have family looking for short to medium term rentals.

Great Condo

We enjoyed our stay on Longboat Key. The condo is well furnished with a bit of view of the bay and easy access to the ocean across the street. The full size washer and driver were a bonus. Except for the hurricane kicking us out early, we had a great time. The owners were very attentive to our needs and safety. We will come again!

A slice of paradise!

All we can say is this condo is totally amazing! Beautiful, clean, STOCKED kitchen…. The owner very much hands on with anything needed. We will be back and recommend to our friends and family 🌴

Property was great. Very well kept and clean. Nice access to beach. Description did not give the condo number so somewhat confused upon arrival but a quick call to the owner cleared it up.

Clean Stay and Great Location

My husband and I were very pleased with our stay at this beautiful rental! It was very clean and felt spotless, which is a big deal to me personally. It was well-stocked in everything you could need, including natural soaps of every kind in the closet. Although it’s not technically beach front, it had a beautiful view of the well-maintained property out of the back window with a glimpse of the bay. The walk to the beach was a mere 2-3 minutes. Overall a wonderful location and experience.

Clean, great location, wonderful host!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is large, well-stocked, nicely decorated, and very clean. We loved having access to both the pool and very easy walk to the private beach (3 minute walk). We decided to keep our stay despite the area being hit so hard by two hurricanes within 3 weeks of our trip. The main reason we decided to stay was that Kevin, the host, stayed in constant communication with us starting 3 weeks before our trip to keep us updated on what we could expect while on the island so that we could make the best decisions for our travel. He was honest about the island being in disarray from the trash and construction, which restaurants were open, and status of water and internet. He was genuinely interested in us having a good vacation, even if it meant canceling with him since we would have been eligible for 100% refund. We very much appreciated that level of service and will be back!

WOW! Simply put...JUST FABULOUS!

This unit felt like home; we loved it. It was exceptionally clean, well-stocked, and feels professionally decorated but comfortable. It is more spacious than the pictures. We stayed a month and it was the best VRBO kitchen I have used. It had every essential that I needed to cook. The whole condo, as well as the kitchen and closets, had lots of space to store all of our junk and boxes even our bike rack. The bed was comfortable and I loved the large washing machine and dryer which are rarities in rentals. On a rainy day, I would sit in the back on the daybed to read. It offers a peak of the water with an occasional passing boat. Shout out to the residents of this small community; they maintain the grounds! This is by far the most well-kept VRBO grounds in which we have ever stayed. They mulched, planted flowers, even planted orchids in the trees. There is a bike stand behind the unit. My husband fished off of the back dock. He brought his equipment but there's a lot of fishing stuff in the unit. Not a lot of luck but a pod of dolphins put on quite a show. The beach is two minute easy walk across the street. Although the street can be busy, we never had a problem or wait. There are lots of chairs and loungers belonging to the HOA. The building is a good location; we could walk to the 2 parks and a few restaurants. The owners communicated quickly and patiently. We highly recommend this condo.
