For some reason, I did not receive notifications from Vrbo during your stay. However, I had provided my direct phone number, as I always do, and I am available at any time — many of our guests have reached out this way, and I respond immediately. As for the condition of the house — I truly don’t understand why it was portrayed so negatively. Regarding the glass on the table — I’m not sure why you claimed it was missing, as it has always been in place and remains there. I’d like to mention that we take detailed photos of the property after each guest’s stay and after every cleaning. This helps us ensure the home is kept in excellent condition and allows us to verify the accuracy of any claims. As for the driveway, it’s without problem fits four cars, exactly as stated in the listing. For larger groups, there is also space near the house where additional cars can be parked with no issue. You also claimed there were no blackout curtains. In fact, every window in the house is equipped with proper blinds designed to block out light and create a comfortable sleeping environment. Saying otherwise is simply not true. The toilet issue you mentioned was promptly addressed as soon as we became aware of it. I’d also like to mention that the house consistently ranks among the top listings on Airbnb. It is booked nearly every day and has over 120 glowing reviews from guests who have genuinely enjoyed their stay. Many guests especially appreciate the spacious, heated pool area, which is often highlighted as one of the most enjoyable parts of the property. This home is one of the most popular and best-rated Airbnb properties not just in Indian Harbour, but in the surrounding area. Because of all this, your review comes across as quite unfair and unbalanced.
