View stunning Lake Michigan sunsets from 2 spacious living rooms, 2 bedrooms, upper balcony or back patio.

Access the breathtaking private Lake Michigan beach area for the HOA using brand new beach stairs.

The house is located halfway between South Haven and Saugatuck so you are close to two downtown areas, restaurants and multiple beaches.

There is lots of space for a group, two great hangout areas with TVs, a pool table, and outside space with a fire pit and a hot tub.

Beach access is in the neighborhood (3-min walk).

Nice quiet girls weekend. Good accommodations plenty of room. Stairs to Lake Michigan were a short walk away. Well equipped kitchen. Easy drive to Saugatuck for shopping and dining.

Friends get away

We had 4 families and the place had plenty of space for us. Lots of steps to get down to the beach so pack light but having the neighborhood private beach in walking distance area was so nice to have. Great stay all around.

The home was just as described and our family of 11 fit comfortably. We enjoyed the walk to the beach and how convenient it was to get to South Haven and Saugatuck. Linda, the host was very informative and fast to replying to any questions we had. We had the best family vacation!

We had a large group of 12 and the property had plenty of space for everyone. The backyard and fire pit area was nice. Communication with the host was very good. Beach access was a bit farther and harder to access than anticipated. Overall a nice place for larger groups.

We celebrated my wife's 50th birthday at this property. We could not have asked for a more perfect weekend. The house is clean and very comfortable. Lake Michigan was just a couple of minute walk down a quaint country road and the beach was spectacular. We even forgot a Nintendo Switch and the owner mailed it back without a moment's hesitation. This was a great experience, highly recommend

Wonderful lake house!

Great last minute stay with my daughters. The house was gorgeous, comfortable and clean! And we loved the pool table and hot tub. Also very relaxing setting and location - in a quiet neighborhood between South Haven and Saugatuck. Would definitely return and recommend!

Beautiful Lake House!

This property is everything it’s advertised to be! It was perfect for our group of seven adults. We loved the view and the sound of the waves, and it’s just a short walk to the beach access. We were so impressed with the cleanliness and the beautiful decor. The mattresses and pillows were very comfortable - all of us slept great. The owner was also very responsive to all the questions we had. I would definitely recommend this property. I know we’ll be back!

Perfect Place to Stay!

This place is cute, roomy, and felt like a home the moment we entered. There are so many places around the property to hang out together. From the hot tub, to the pool table, to the toys which my 3-year-old loved, we were entertained whenever we were there.The private beach is incredibly nice and beautiful. In June there were only ever a few other families there, so we were spread out and there was lots of space. South Haven is not far at all, so there is pretty quick access to anything you need or things to do, and St. Joseph isn't a bad drive to spend a day or more.I had a few questions for the property manager this trip, and she was extremely helpful and responded promptly.We will certainly consider this place again! Thank you!

Overall, we had a great stay! The house was a good size for our group of 12 (6 adults, 6 kids). The kitchen and living spaces are nicely appointed and comfortable. We really loved the view of the sunset from the backyard! There were a few minor issues that came up during our stay that were quickly addressed by the owner. Our only real issue was how high and steep the beach stairs were leading to the private beach. The beach itself was beautiful, and it was fun to be the only people there. But the access stairs were much steeper and more challenging than I had expected for the older adults and young children in our group. We only visited that beach one time because of this and chose to drive to other more accessible beaches.

We travel annually with my adult children and this was our favorite vacation yet. We made use of all of the amenities including the outdoor fireplace and the hot tub. Most days we could hear Lake Michigan's waves from the backyard and could see a small view of the lake and gorgeous sunsets from the 2nd floor deck. The location felt very private, but was only about a ten minute drive to South Haven, where we enjoyed the beach, shopping and restaurants. One of the highlights was the neighborhood beach. The 8 flights of stairs (with benches to rest on between flights) was absolutely worth it because the beach was so wonderful and we often had the large area to ourselves or shared it with a few others. There were a couple of issues, but the management company arranged to fix them at a convenient time for us and were very professional. The owner was very responsive via the VRBO app. So we couldn't have asked for a better stay. Hope we'll be back soon.

We had a wonderful stay, the house was an excellent fit for our family with plenty of space for everyone. The layout was comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time together. The location was perfect, with easy access to town. The highlight for us was the private beach access. It was truly relaxing and beautiful and the neighbors were all wonderful and welcoming! The host was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process, making check-in and communication seamless. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to other families. Thanks for sharing such a special place with us!

The house size, bedrooms and bathrooms was great! We had plenty of room for all 11 of us to hang out. The kids had a lot of fun playing pool and lounging around the upstairs. Unfortunately, the A/C window units did not keep the upstairs as cool as we expected. This was a hesitation of renting this house prior to booking. We were assured it would be fine. The bunk bed mattresses were uncomfortable for the kids. The main level bed was very uncomfortable. Something must've been broken underneath. Our heads were lower than our feet and we rolled toward the middle. The view of Lake Michigan seen in the listing picture is actually non existent as the trees have been grown up all around the property. The landscaping out back could use some TLC. We didn't spend much time out there due to overgrown weeds and shaky rocks and not having a direct path from the back patio to the grass. That was disappointing. The house itself was clean and we still had a good trip. We drove to south beach each day instead of using the private beach and it's 122 steep stairs. Overall, it's a good house that just needs some TLC outside so that visitors can actually enjoy what's so great about being that close to Lake Michigan - the view.

This house is beautiful! Plenty of room for everyone to sleep, hang out, and just enjoy our time. Please be aware that the beach access is about a 5 min walk from the house and the stairs to access are VERY tall and steep. Location is great, with many restaurants and shops only a short drive away.
