Welcome to our beautiful and spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in the heart of Atlanta! With top-of-the-line amenities and thoughtful touches throughout, this space is the perfect home base for your family's adventures in Atlanta.

Our home is equipped with air conditioning to keep you comfortable during your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and a kitchen island, perfect for cooking a delicious meal for your family. After a long day of exploring the city's many attractions, unwind in the living room with a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi.

We have taken every precaution to ensure your safety and peace of mind during your stay, with carbon monoxide and smoke alarms throughout the house, as well as a fire extinguisher and first aid kit.

Enjoy the beautiful Atlanta weather on the front porch and grill area, perfect for outdoor family fun. Our modern and stylish furniture throughout the home creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, while the bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub and rainfall showerhead for a spa-like experience.

Property lists, a hot tub, there’s no hot tub on the property. We arrived to a dishwasher full of dirty dishes. When I addressed it with the host, he sent me a stock photo of a clean dishwasher instead of addressing the concern, professionally, even given that we had many other mishaps before the dirty dishes, I was just taking back by him, not offering anything to rectify the inconveniences that we faced from the moment we arrived.

Great Stay

The house is within minutes from everything. Home is beautiful, very neat and clean. The host responded very quickly to my questions. Definitely would book again.

We we’re a little concerned when we pulled into the neighborhood but our first impression of the house was that it looked nice upon entering the first thing we noticed was the floor were coming up in a few spots there was a part of the floor missing and it was full of ants! We didn't stay. The property was trash. Broken furniture, water coming in through the bedroom window, broken and uneven flooring, duct-taped flooring, no toilet paper in one of the bathrooms, broken mirror tossed in the closet. The railing was broken, which was dangerous because it was pouring rain when we dragged our unopened suitcases back down the front stairs to the car to get the hell out of that house. It's a disaster.

Mr. Dexter was excellent. Communication was great. Check in process was excellent. Any questions or concerns he made sure we were ok. What you see in the pictures is how it is. Smelled good as soon as you walked in. Thank you sooo much for allowing us to use your home.

Easy walk or uber to stadium

The place was fine. Needs some attention, and had lots of minor things (needed towels, toilet paper, ant killer, heat) and owner was very responsive, though still waiting on refund that we didn’t receive. It served its purpose, and typically you wouldn’t need heat in Atlanta but one night the house hvac was at 56 degrees. This was during a snow storm so again, we know that’s usual. The owner seemed to be very responsive and helpful but once he took care of it, he never gave refund.

Non working lights, smoke smell, filthy, non working air it was extremely humid and hot, overall it was filthy. Not worth the price regardless of the location which is close to the city. Very uncomfortable experience. The place has nets and bugs a lot of things in the home was beyond wear and tear things were broken like the toilet seat, faucet knobs, door knobs duct tape on the floor to cover holes in the floor and only one smoke detector in one room. And that’s to name the least of the disgusting home. VERY UNHAPPY

It was ok for the occasion

Inside of the was great. It had everything we needed. It was short on toilet paper and paper towels but we made due. The neighborhood did concern me at first but the neighbors kept to themselves and we didnt have a problem. The description said there was a grill and there was but it wasnt usable because of the condition of the out of the out door area. Football Weekend

First, the location was great for going to a football game at Mercedes Benz Stadium, as we were able to walk to the game. However, be sure to check the exact location of the property before booking. Overall the house was clean and met our needs. The WiFi was the biggest issue we had all weekend. It never worked and that presented an issue as most of the electronics, appliances included , required WiFi. The owner responded but the issue was never taken care of. A small refund was promised, but hasn’t happened yet.

Disgusting odor

We could not stay at this property. We arrived late in the evening and were exhausted. We walked in and the smell of marijuana was overwhelming. We left and had to find a hotel for the two nights we expected to stay there. I contacted the owner the next morning and was told no refund (even partial) could be given since I didn’t text him that night for him to come and confirm the smell. Seriously, I had two families there with young kids and a repulsive odor. We were not waiting when we clearly had to arrange new housing. It was such a disappointment.

If I could give a 0 I would

Booked 4 months in advance for a work trip with multiple adults staying and traveling in from all over the country. Was contacted 3 hours prior to check in and told our reservation was being cancelled because short term tenants were in the home and we should never have been able to book. (Couldn’t figure that out months ago?) Spent hours on the phone with Vrbo securing new place to stay, was late to my conference, had to change multiple plans and incur additional costs. Received an email a day later stating our reservation was cancelled due to “natural disaster” then another email that we were the ones to cancel. Would not recommend this home or host at all. Very disappointed in the service/communication.
