The only thing in the pictures it showed more pictures on the walls; which would have made it feel a little more homey / cozy because there was only 1. But other than that everything was fine and comfortable!

We stay at WV every summer and this is the most disappointing place we’ve ever stayed. There’s lot of room for improvement with the upstairs needing a major renovation. The stairs are pretty steep and squeak loudly. Could not easily control shower temp since the shower unit is so old. The bed was so uncomfortable that my husband slept on the couch. Communication with Vacasa was terrible. They did not provide the actual building info so we could not find it. Had to find a map and then hike up a hill to locate it. (The building name is Ladderbrook bldg) The entry to the unit is ridiculous too with a 10 digit code that times out within seconds that you have to use each time you enter the bldg. And Vacasa is all bots so you don’t reach the owner or a human to help. Pros are: The price was affordable and the kitchen is well stocked to cook. And WV is always fun.

I didn’t talk to the property manager. The handle in the shower is broken and very difficult to control the water temperature. Light bulbs need to be replaced in the ceiling fan over the kitchen table and track light over the fire place. Otherwise it was a very enjoyable stay. We had fun!

The longer we stayed the more disgusting the place was. From a moldy and mildew shower curtain, dirty dishes, literally having food still on them, two sheets that we didn’t notice or stained until after we started stripping the beds. There were no dressers or even tables in one of the bedrooms, so you have to live out of your luggage on the floor. Furniture was broken or extremely cheap and weak. We notified the property manager within 24 hours of checking in and minimally asked for at least a clean shower curtain. Four days later, we checked out and still no word of a shower curtain, it was as if we were getting answered by bots and not a real person. They kept telling us the local team would be in touch. We were thoroughly disappointed, having to wash every single dish and eventually showering at the athletic center. I sent photos and was able to get a partial refund that takes 3 to 5 days so we didn’t have the funds to transfer to a new location. This successfully ruined our trip. It’s shameful and I’m guessing the owner of this property isn’t even aware of the issues to me. It sounds like the property management team failed the owner and us, the guest.
When we gently wash this with a sponge, it came right out, so I’m not sure what the attempt to clean this before was.
This looked worse in person. It smells musty and moldy, and is completely disgusting.
The first night we were going to attempt dinner and after opening the cabinet and seeing this right on top, we went out to eat. How this was missed is beyond me.
The footboard was completely falling off the bed in one of the rooms

Nice place - lovely valley

Cute place. Clean. Comfortable. Good location. Upstairs got hot and had a standalone unit which took some jiggering. Enjoyed our stay. Would come back

Bare basics, but no air conditioning.

This condo is bare basics and hasn’t been updated since they were built. I’m not sure it has even been painted since then. Broken bed frames, broken fixtures and everything looks like it came from Dollar General including the furniture. Both air conditioners were broken and missing parts and looked like they have been for a while as they had multiple different colors of tape on them. It was extremely difficult to sleep a few nights in the heat and humidity. That being said, it was extremely clean for being so dated and only having the bare basics. I think I’d spend a few more dollars and rent one of the other condos at Windsor Hill that I’ve been in and know what to expect. It wasn’t horrible, and if you need seven beds for a large group, this place is fine.

Just what we needed

We were looking for a last minute birthday get away and this was a great find. It felt like we were staying at a friend's home because of the layout, number of beds (7:-) and the well stocked kitchen. Also, Waterville Valley is a lovely secluded area that afforded me the opportunity to enjoy morning walks in the mountains during our weekend stay. The only downside was that we were told that we would receive guest passes to the area amenities but did not. All in all we look forward to staying at this location again if we're ever in WV.

We have stayed here before a number of times and enjoyed our time again this year. Well kept property and the pool is great. Very convenient to the Town Square for events and restaurants. Definitely will stay again!

Lovely stay

Waterville is such a great vacation spot! This is a clean and pleasant home. A/C worked great, and it was hot when we were there! Well equipped kitchen. Lots of towels. Use of pool was a great plus. And price was right!

Pleasant weekend getaway

Family of 4 stayed 4 nights. Residence was clean and comfy. Kitchen items were grewt as we cooked in house a lofmof the stay. Shower was awesome. The red heat loggt was a bonus. Nice having a washer/dryer. Only hiccup was that the freedom pass is not included so we were not able to use the athletic club with indoor pool etc. That would have made our stay even better. Overall a great location tonother amenities within a shower drive or walk.
