The Space:

Soft morning light spills across the living areas as you step into a quiet space designed for ease and comfort. After a day of thrills at nearby attractions, you can unwind by the heated pool while the warm Central Florida air drifts over the patio. The house invites you to settle into one of two spacious living rooms, each with a TV, or to gather around the indoor‑outdoor dining table for a relaxed meal.



Sleeping arrangements

Six spacious bedrooms accommodate up to 14 guests, offering a total of 8 beds across the rooms. The themed spaces add a playful touch, giving each guest a spot that feels personal while keeping the layout flexible for families or larger groups.



Outdoor living

A private outdoor pool, heated and open year‑round, provides a refreshing escape any time of day. Sun loungers line the pool deck, and a private patio invites you to sip a drink or enjoy a book under the Florida sky.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is stocked with essentials—including refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, and coffee maker—so you can prepare anything from quick breakfasts to leisurely dinners. Indoor and outdoor dining areas let you share meals wherever you feel most comfortable.



Comfort & convenience

Two living areas give ample room to gather, watch TV, or enjoy quiet moments. Central air conditioning and heating keep the interior at a pleasant temperature. A free washer and dryer are available in‑unit, and bathroom essentials, bed linens, towels, and room‑darkening shades are provided for your convenience.



Home safety & connectivity

Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, Wi‑Fi, a private entrance, and a smart lock ensure a safe and seamless self‑check‑in experience. A pack‑n‑play or travel crib can be arranged upon request for families traveling with little ones.

Set within Bella Vida Resort, the home sits in a gated, green‑filled community. A lake with a walking trail offers a scenic spot for an afternoon stroll, while the resort’s fitness center, game room, and additional swimming pool add extra options for recreation. Minutes away, Orlando’s famous attractions—Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld—are easily reachable, giving you a quiet base close to the excitement.

Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the gated community. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side by side, and up to (2) vehicles in the garage. Please note that street parking is prohibited.



Other Things to Note:

IMPORTANT: Parking is strictly enforced in this community. A maximum of 4 vehicles is allowed per reservation (2 in the driveway side-by-side and 2 in the garage). Street parking is prohibited. Only standard passenger vehicles are permitted; commercial vehicles of any kind are not allowed, including trucks, box trucks, trailers, RVs, motorcycles, or vehicles with attachments—no exceptions. Parking is allowed only in approved driveways, garages, or designated visitor/assigned spaces. Vehicles may not block driveways, sidewalks, fire lanes, or park on grass. Any violations, citations, fines, or towing fees are the sole responsibility of the guest, and the host/property management assumes no liability for enforcement actions.



The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
