You are renting the entire home. 2 bed and 1 bath, with an incredible outside covered patio living space that flows into the backyard.

You will have a hard time finding an Entire Home listing in Salt Lake City with this much style. This was an extensive 7-month renovation project and it`s heavily appointed with desirable amenities!

This is fully fenced, and gated, and has a small garage to park in (low clearance please be careful and don`t pull into the garage if you can`t fit).

You will be able to enjoy the gazebo, and the wall mural uniquely painted by a local artist.

You will be so comfy in our home that you may be completely in contact to stay on with your favorite humans!

We remodeled this space over the top! The home is packed with technology (Bluetooth shower vent/light/speaker, LED light built into medicine cabinet vanity in bath, and all high-end appliances. And more!

Please note: There is a freeway wall right outside the front door, but the street is wide with tons of street parking and, while you can hear the gentle buzz of the freeway, we have sound machines at night and earplugs available, and it`s not bad!!

You will have access to the entire place!

A single family home with NO SHARED WALLS, NO SHARED YARD, NO SHARED HOT TUB…. No host onsite to breathe down your neck. Just be a good human and take care of my pride and joy please 🙏

You can walk to all the best local breweries from this airbnb! It`s an area called BREWERY ROW. Art murals adorn the walls of all the buildings in this area and a couple times per year the artists, musicians, and breweries/food-trucks line the streets for an artwork with thousands of patrons and onlookers!

This is downtown South Salt Lake City, close to Sugarhouse and right by the major freeway interchanges! You can be to the airport or Vivint Smart Home Arena or Salt Palace Convention Center in minutes.

This place is super close to public transportation. The S-line light rail is nearby. There are electric scooters around in this area that you can use your smartphone and zip around on. If you’re coming with a vehicle we have off-street gated parking and a garage. You won’t be disappointed in the ability to get around Salt Lake City from this spot.

There may or may not be an airstream parked in the back out of the way during your stay! It`s not for you to use but it does provide some additional interesting backdrop and intrigue for your INSTA-WORTHY pics, especially against the mural backdrop with our Skater and Coffee `RISE&GRIND` Theme.

Utah has a high desert climate and as such there are house ants, occasional harmless spiders, or Box Elder bugs that are usually seen more during seasonal changes such as going from winter to spring or vice versa. As responsible hosts, we have agreed to a pest control contract with Uintah Pest Control to service all our properties. Sightings are rare but are possible. An occasional sighting is not considered a reflection of the cleanliness of the property.
1) LOCALS MUST MESSAGE US BEFORE BOOKING. NO EXCEPTIONS PLEASE.

2) Occupancy limits: We do not allow more than 6 guests in or on the property at any time - violation of which will result in the removal of all guests from the property immediately without refund. You also agree to pay for the `additional guest fee` associated with your reservation if applicable (just because it can sleep up to 6 doesn’t mean it`s all included in the nightly rate).

3) Checkin: This is a self-checkin property. You certify that you are willing and able to follow the instructions that are provided by Airbnb through the house manual or check-in guide. You can find our house manual and check-in guide here and on the Airbnb platform on our listing. You also agree that you will not contact your Airbnb host BEFORE reading the house manual and the entire listing.

4) Fees: We don`t allow smoking. There is a $200 per day fee for every day of your booking if it is found that you have been smoking on the property. There is a minimum $50 LATE CHECKOUT FEE if you are there longer than you have been authorized as our housekeeper charges us in such a case. You further agree to compensate the host/co-host in full for any financial loss that is suffered as a result of breaking the rules set forth.

We allow up to 2 dogs under 50lbs, as we pay for a short-term rental insurance policy allowing pets. We charge $25/night or $150/month, per pet (whichever is less) AFTER you book, through the Airbnb platform. This fee is not an additional cleaning fee. When you bring a pet, you agree to a “zero impact pet policy,” meaning that when you depart, there will be no additional work required to clean up as a result of a pet being on-site. Animals are not allowed on any furniture, and we don’t have any carpet other than area rugs. Please help us by closing the bedroom doors to keep your pet on the hard surface areas and off of the beds.

If you have a service animal, we are 100% compliant with these laws, but you are still asked to inform us AHEAD OF TIME, OR IT WILL NATURALLY BE ASSUMED IT IS A PET, and you are still responsible for all cleaning and/or damage to the premises that occurs as a result of the animal. ESA in Utah is not the same as a service animal and will be treated as a pet.

5) Quiet Hours are from 10 pm-8 am.

- Please remove shoes/boots before entering the unit. SKI Equipment and bike or other recreational equipment must be kept in the entry area!

- If there are any signs of illegal drugs or smoking you will pay a minimum fee of $200 or more as decided by your host AND you will be required to vacate without refund.

- WE DO HAVE, AND DO MONITOR OUR EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERAS in front and in the back SO PLEASE ADHERE TO THE RULES :) They are cameras that are activated and can record video and audio. The three cameras; one on the front porch, one above the garage, and one in the garage.

These rules may seem intense, but we are very easygoing when our lovely guests follow the rules and most everyone does. It`s our pleasure to host you!

Alterations/Changes: Once you have confirmed your booking, any modifications to the dates or guest count may be treated as a cancellation and therefore be subject to the cancellation policy. The host retains the right to charge for lost dates you have removed with an alteration of at least a partial amount to the discretion of the host.

6) Please note that we don’t guarantee a filled propane tank for the grill, but you’re welcome to take the tank and refill it if you’d like to use it. We kindly ask that you clean the grill after use, as guests are responsible for leaving it in good condition.

7) HOT TUB:
To ensure a clean and safe hot tub experience for everyone, please follow these guidelines:
a) Cleanliness: Before entering the hot tub, please rinse off any dirt, oils, and lotions. This helps keep the water fresh and sanitary.
b) Food & Beverages: Do not bring food or drinks into the hot tub to avoid spills and contamination.
c) Supervision: Use of the hot tub is at your own risk. Any person under 18 must be accompanied by a sober, responsible adult at all times.
d) Daily Maintenance: After each use, add a small baggie of shock (provided in the ammo box) to the hot tub, then run the jets for a few minutes. Remember to turn off the jets afterward. This simple step helps maintain water quality during your stay. Keep shock baggies out of reach of children and pets.
e) Excessive Cleaning: If the hot tub is left in an unsatisfactory condition, an additional cleaning fee of $125 may be applied. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a clean and enjoyable experience for all guests.
By following these rules, all guests can enjoy a clean and inviting hot tub. Thank you for helping us keep the hot tub safe and fresh.

Grill- we provide a barbecue grill at this property as an amenity convenience, and there is a propane tank, but we do not guarantee that the propane will be full of propane. You may need to take the propane tank over to fill it up if you plan to grill in the backyard. It’s also your responsibility to properly clean up the grill after use.

Great property! Wonderful kitchen—really lovely for cooking with friends and eating out on the back patio. Nice to have laundry in-unit and a gated driveway. Would recommend some lamps in the living room to offset the bright overhead light when people want a more relaxed lighting situation for the evening. Same for the kitchen—perhaps a smaller lamp on the side so the bright overhead light isn’t the only option. Really loved this place! Nice to be only a few blocks from a grocery store and the tram stop.

Nice looking place near south salt lake city

I appreciate the host and enjoyed my stay overall as the price was fair and the property is pretty well maintained. Main complaint is the location next to a freeway and in a sketchy part of town made walking to the place from the Trax an interesting experience.With an simple checkin/out process and an overall 4/5 rating from me, i would return.

Pit stop

We had a brief and restful night at this cozy cottage. It was very comfortable and we were able to rest especially after hours of driving. It has beautiful technology equipment (yes! Even outlets for your gadgets). The property was clean, organized, and well decorated. It was easy to communicate with the host. There is a garage for 1 car. Dropped 1 star for the location because it is next to the freeway. If the noise bothers you, there is another bedroom you can use. Iam sensitive to noises but it didn’t bother me.UberEats accessible too!
