Shores N S'mores Lake House is a comfortable getaway to enjoy the best Eagle Mountain Lake has to offer! From the two tier boat dock -- enjoy fishing, paddle boarding, paddle boating, floating, or just relax and enjoy the view on the top tier. From the back porch -- enjoy BBQ'ing, playing corn hole or ladder golf, soaking in the 7 person hot tub, or roasting s'mores over the fire pit. Come make yourself at home for a weekend, a week, or even a month -- life is better at the lake!

Great weekend getaway!

What a great house right on the water for our girl's weekend getaway. Accomodated everyone in our party with room to spare! The house is decorated beautifully and the best part was the hot tub! I would definitely recommend this property to friends.

Fun lakeside

Cute, clean, well appointed lake house. We loved the double decker dock, paddle boards, swing, s’mores on the campfire… perfect escape from the city.

Lovely home and a great location. Everything was as advertised and Jennifer supplied little touches that made the difference. Ingredients for s’mores firewood for the fire pit Floaties for the kids the best bonus was the comfortable beds.

Super S’mores!

Our family, including pup, enjoyed our stay. The house and yard were perfect for family time-swimming, fishing, paddle boating, relaxing on the dock, etc. on a quiet part of the lake. The host was very nice and quickly responded to our questions. And s’mores are a yummy bonus!

Amazing, modern, comfortable house in a perfect location!

This house is absolutely perfect for a family or group getaway. Easy to get to, spacious, AMAZING dock and views of the lake, and comfortable and modern interior space. Yard, patio, and hot tub are perfection and the spacious and fenced yard in incredible especially if you have pups along. Host was amazing and beyond accommodating. Hope to stay again in the future!

Perfect getaway

My family recently stayed at this lake house and had an amazing time. The views were amazing and we enjoyed every moment. The house was clean and well equipped with things that we needed. The living room was cozy and perfect for after a day in the sun. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. It was a perfect spot for a family vacation or a quiet retreat!!!

Quick Spring Break Getaway

The house was lovely and just as described. Great amount of outdoor space to play and hang out. Fenced in yard all around the house was a plus for our small dogs. Had good amount of supplies, dishes, everything we needed to spend a few days. Hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with. Wonderful quick getaway!

This felt like a stay at a friend's lake house. Excellent dock with shade up top. Slip is set up for a pontoon, but there is a dock mooring whip/pole and cleats for other boats. Spotless. Kitchen supplies, utensils, etc., excellent, including "S'more kit" greeting gift. As there are no real negatives and to ensure objectivity, the location is not especially good for driving or boat-to-dinner. We know the area, and this did not affect our stay. Grill large enough for family use. Good assortment of floating toys. Fencing is excellent if bringing dogs, including water access control. They are obviously dog-friendly. There are areas with natural shade near the water and late-afternoon shading on deck. Ample, comfortable seating on deck and top of dock. We plan on going back.

Look no further!!!

If you are even considering staying at this property and it is available... BOOK IT!! It is a fantastic choice for groups large and small. The house is precious and fully stocked with direct access to the lake and plenty of lounging room in the sunshine. But the very best part are the owners! They are unmatched in their hospitality and will make you feel right at home! We all had a fantastic time and will be back! Thank you Jennifer for having us!

Smores Galore's

Such a perfect summer time place to relax and enjoy. Take a deep breath. See a spectacular sunrise. Enjoy the water and mother nature. The is a cul-de-sac, very quiet. This section of the lake there is no hustle and bustle. The property is fenced in so we didn't worry about our dog getting out or animals getting in. Really enjoyed the house and the amenities.

The most amazing lake house!!

Our family has a tradition of renting lake houses every NYE and we always pick different homes. We may just have to break that tradition and come back here!!! We loved this home and our stay!!! From the positive communication with the hostess to the directions, check in, and treats, goodies and extras left for us it started at a 10/10!! The home fit our family with comfy bedding and the amenities were amazing! We used the hot tub every day and the dock was our nightly family hang out! The kids loved the bunk bed room and we even enjoyed the games and smore station left for us to enjoy!!! We can’t say enough positive things about our experience and we will def rent again!!

Fun lake house

We really enjoyed our stay at this lake house. The dock and lake view were really relaxing. The home has everything you need in the kitchen, if you bring the groceries. Highly recommend this for a couple or family. Also very dog friendly with a fenced yard. The only negative was that someone that was not us came and opened the gate on check out day. We didn’t know so when we let our dogs out they ran into the road. Very scary!

Wonderful hosts

This is definitely one of the best rental places we have been to. The hosts were very responsive and helpful with all of our questions before and during our stay. I was impressed with everything they had there, including kitchenware, games, and household items. I came prepared with extra paper products, trash bags, and preferred BBQ tongs as so many of my stays at other places would give you the bare minimum.. We didn’t need any of it, because it was already all provided. We did not use the hot tub since it well above 100 degrees. So can’t speak to that. Was a little bummed the water level wasn’t higher, but that is out of all of our control. People were still able to get in the water though and had a good time. The deck up top was amazing and a nice place to watch the sunset. Everything was also very clean and provided a nice welcome gift. Unfortunately the kids got to the chocolate before the adults. Would definitely consider staying here again esp for a winter festivity since we haven’t done that yet and the hot tub and fire pit look legit. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Shores N S'mores is a true lakefront home, you can get right to the water! It is an ideal location if you want to enjoy the outdoors and enjoy the lake! If you have a boat you can boat in and tie off the walkway. If you have jet-skis we have two lifts available. The paddleboat stays on the floating dock and has a ladder to climb down for easy access, this is also the easiest place to start on the paddleboards.
