Great clean unit right on the beach! Great location for families and smooth check in process. My mom had a difficult time figuring out the stovetop at first, so it's helpful to keep in mind that a pan must be on the device before turning it on for it to stay on. The living room TV was broken upon arrival, and the owner was responsive when I reached out; however, it was never replaced during our stay. Not a huge deal since we were busy most of the day, but it definitely would have been nice to know in advance. I have two kiddos, so the TV in the living room was a big plus for us when booking.

Thanks for your visit and review. The TV was replaced with a 55 inch wall mounted T V. We had to order and have it delivered so it didn’t arrive during your stay. Your stove was installed last year and is totally different so I apologize for any confusion. Please consider a return visit and I will offer a special rate to show my appreciation for your allowing me to make your visit even better.

We had a great stay. The condos are dated, but this one is in excellent condition. It was clean and fully stocked. You can't beat the proximity to the beach, and the pool appeared to be maintained well. Worked perfectly for us for a weekend getaway.

Perfect getaway!

This is the perfect “staycation” when you want to getaway gut still feel like you are home. Clean and comfy with everything you need.

Great location on the beach, with good dining options nearby; property is in good condition and is very safe. Our condo was very clean and comfortable, and well supplied with necessities. Owner responded very quickly to two issues we had, and they were resolved easily.

Nice Place!

Nothing against the condo we stayed at, but wish we would have known about all the construction going on. We enjoyed our room. Great location. Will recommend and stay at again.

Other owners and the complex management are doing needed repairs but all we can do is limit the lateness of their repairs. I regret this was a problem and I hope all the major remodeling will be done within a short time. Bobby

Nice balcony directly looking at the beach Small but enough room for my family of four Pool was fairly clean considering people were coming in from the beach Old building but condo was in good condition and clean

Wonderful getaway on the beach

Great location! Perfect spot for a quick getaway. Everything was just as advertised. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend!

Spring Break 2025 Corpus Christie

Places was clean and had a well equipped kitchen. The host was responsive and helpful. Perfect location, walking distance to North Beach. Would return in the future to Re-Book.

Great value!

For the price I paid it was a great value. Small but enough space and sleeping arrangements for my family of five. Beach is just a short walk and you can see the ocean from the sliding door. Would definitely stay again.

Quick beach getaway

It was super easy to book. We had fun with boogie boards on the ocean and a get time swimming in the pool. The fact that it’s gated made us feel safe. Over all for the price it was a great trip to the beach!

Little get away

Great place!

This property is excellent. The parking lot/beach access gates need a better system but that is not in the owner’s control. This property was perfect for the 3 of us and in a great location. I never felt unsafe and even had a security guard check on us late at night.

Peace on the veranda & water play options

We stayed for the weekend. My son loved swimming in the pool. My favorite part was sitting on the veranda, watching the ocean. It had such a peaceful vibe; I did my meditation there. We also loved how close it was to the beach. It's a great location! The host was responsive to my questions. We enjoyed our stay.

Cozy

This unit is small and cozy. This is an older building but the unit was well cleaned (except for the oven) and great beach access!

Great place

Everything was great, beach was walking distance and we could see from balcony, balcony does need a little work, it felt flimsy as you walked on it but otherwise the place was nice, tub had a small crack and a light bulb was missing in the bedroom lamp. I would recommend this place, very cozy and clean!

First of all the day I reserved till we left on 7/6/25 I had nothing but kind,helpfull and excellent customer service. During our stay at the condo everything was clean,well maintained and so comfortable the only problem with this trip was the weather but thanks to all the acamadations from our condo it was worth the stay. I so highly recommend this condo. Thank you so much for everything Mr.Taylor. We will definitely being staying again soon.

Amazing location!

Amazing location with beach access! Condo was perfect size for my 4 kids and I. Bobby was very responsive and helped with all issues that arose with check in, in a very timely manner. AC worked amazing! We have had issues with other condos in the past, but I have absolutely no complaints about this one!

Right on the beach

My family had a great time. We had an issue with the pool, but that isn't Bobby's fault. Otherwise, everything was great.

Really Recommend!!

I had an amazing experience! The owner replies on time and described the condo as it actually was. I had so much fun! The condo was on the beach, so it was a short walk to the beach. Overall, the condo was clean and is recommended to stay at.
