Our team responded promptly to each concern that was reported and offered service to address them; however, service was declined during the stay. The patio power concern was not reported until after checkout, which limited our ability to assist with that item during your visit. Thank you again for your feedback and for staying with us. We have scheduled a deep clean to be done on this home after the next guest departs and created a work order for the smoke detector. If the battery died and we were not informed, past guests could have unplugged it to stop the beeping. Thank you for letting us know and we will address these concerns immediately.
