The property overall was nice. There are 4 flights of stairs and no elevator which I think would be good to know for older people considering this unit. The kitchen faucet needs to be repaired or replaced. Water runs at a trickle. Both shower heads need repaired or replaced making it difficult to take a decent shower. We loved the location and had a fantastic beach view from the condo so overall our stay was good excepting those items mentioned.

Loved everything about our stay. Beach access and sunsets were amazing. Very clean unit, stocked with everything you can possibly need. Comfortable beds and great instructions on how to use the TVā€™s.

Loved our stay, if there was one thing we didnā€™t like it was the TV set up. Problems getting our favorite stations. Directions didnā€™t help. It was a puzzle every time we turned it on.

Just Ok!

Door code didnā€™t work when we got there, called it in and they didnā€™t fix till 2 days later, dryer never worked, communication with maintenance was horrible, never gave updates on dryer or door problems. We also found a 3 inch dead cockroach in our room and another one in the bathroom that we had to kill.

Great for families

We had an excellent experience. Stayed here with our kids ages 4 and 6. Appreciated the beach toys, beach chairs and few floaties provided for use. Canā€™t beat the proximity to the beach. Kids loved the pool too and we had it to ourselves everyday. You have to climb 2 flights of stairs to this unit but it was not bad at all. We arrived at midnight and our door access code did not work. I called the energy line and they reset the door code and got us in within minutes. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect family getaway

We stayed from Tuesday-Sunday for a quick family getaway. Great location right on the beach with beautiful views. Good communication with property rental agency.

Weekend away

The condo was amazing. Clean and a lot bigger than we thought. Being on the ocean was beautiful. Could walk to restaurants and bars. We wanted relaxing and we got it. The communication with the host was delayed we are use to getting a response quicker from others we stayed at but nothing to keep us from not going again. We will be back for sure!

Great view and location

Great view and easy to get around. Walkable to restaurants. Property management company was very responsive to text messages and any issues we had. Family of 4 stayed here with 3 and 5 yr old. This is just an fyi to future families with youngsters who stay here. There is no elevator and you have to go up 3 flights of stairs but you have a great view of the beach. Also the beach is a short walk. The front closet has beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys. The pillows were uncomfortable and we had to buy new ones. There is a bath tub in the master bedroom if your kids only like baths. They supply 4 beach towels they are big and nice. The complex has first come first serve chaise lounge chairs available on the beach.The condo was well stocked with kitchen utensilles. There was salt and pepper in the cabinet. They also had a nice starter kit of dish soap, sponge, 2 dish washer pods and 2 washer pods. Also starter bar soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion in each bathroom. Next to the pool is a bathroom if kids need a bathroom quick. It was a great stay and very relaxing would stay here again.

We had a wonderful vacation at this property. We had a perfect view of the ocean, we walked to restaurants and local shops. We would definitely stay here again. It was quiet, comfortable and in the perfect location.

5 stars except for having to go get the parkkng pass. It should be in thd property not down the road at the rental mgt. Also would of liked some better beach chairs and umbrella

the place was beautiful clean great ocean views but climbing up and down four flies of stairs was a bit to much for us we are too old for that going up and down several times a day with beach stuff was not easy other than that a great place thanks

Perfect winter getaway

The perfect place to get some warm weather! While checking in we were greeted by a dolphin in the water! Property is as described and the host communicated well throughout! Walking distance to Bridge Street and perfect for watching sunsets! Will be back!

Great quiet location. Very good instructions for amenities and rules. Clean, with unobstructed ocean views. Adequate space. Optimal additions NOT at the rental would be ANY spices present at the condo (salt/pepper/standard simple spices) which have invariably been present at prior rental locations. No community use grill.
