Whether you're sipping morning coffee on the porch with views of the Gulf, enjoying a peaceful afternoon by the pool, or catching a stunning sunset over the horizon, this newly renovated condo offers the ideal setting for your coastal getaway.
While most of our properties rent only from Saturday to Saturday, exceptions can be made. Please reach out to us prior to booking if you would like to arrive or depart on alternate dates, or stay for fewer than 7 nights. We would love to host you!

A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances makes meal prep simple, and the dining area is perfect for sharing family meals or a bottle of wine after sunset.
You'll also have a laundry room with washer/dryer, making extended stays a breeze.

📅 Booking & Cancellation
20% deposit due at booking; balance due 60 days prior to arrival
Cancel 60+ days before arrival → Lose 20% deposit
Cancel within 60 days → No refund
Extended stays & bookings $25,000+ → Full payment 90 days prior, non-refundable
You may cancel your reservation within 24 hours of booking for a full refund, no questions asked. This grace period does not apply to reservations made within 60 days of arrival — these bookings are non-refundable from the time of booking.
Third party travel insurance cost is due at time of purchase
We highly recommend cancelation insurance
Guests must be 25+ to book (or accompanied by parent/guardian)
