Step inside and you'll be greeted by an inviting living room with comfortable seating and a TV. The adjacent dining area has seating for 8, a kitchen island with 3 bar stools and the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up a delicious meal during your stay. We have a spacious workspace desk and a chair located in the kitchen area if you ever need to work remotely.

Each of the four bedrooms is beautifully decorated and offers comfortable sleeping arrangements for a good night's rest. The master bedroom is nicely decorated and furnished with a queen size bed, a twin-size bed, a walk-in closet, ceiling fan, split type ductless system and a TV. The second bedroom features queen size bed, closet, a workspace desk and chair, ceiling fan and a TV. The third bedroom offers a queen size bed, twin-size bed, a closet, ceiling fan, and a TV. The fourth bedroom features queen size bed, a closet, and a TV, making this house a perfect spot for extended families.
A washer and dryer, wireless internet, two car parking space in the driveway and a beautiful pool with lanai are also included. This is a non-smoking house. Linens, towels, and pillows are provided for the comfort of our guests. We provide a starter supply of liquid soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, paper towel, toilet paper, and garbage bags.

Outside, you'll love spending time in our backyard oasis. Relax on the patio furniture and soak up the Florida sunshine or take a refreshing dip in the pool. The outdoor bar table with 8 stools and a mini sink is perfect for entertaining. Please note that the BBQ grill is located just outside the lanai for guest use, making it ideal for cookouts with family and friends.

Largo, Florida is a great destination for tourists looking for a little bit of everything. Located in the Tampa Bay area, Largo offers a wide range of activities, attractions, and scenery. From beautiful beaches and parks to exciting shopping, dining, and nightlife, the city has something for everyone. There are also plenty of attractions for nature enthusiasts, such as the Largo Nature Park, which is home to a variety of wildlife. Additionally, visitors can explore the historic downtown area, which is home to many unique shops and restaurants. With so much to do and see, Largo is an ideal destination for a memorable vacation.

Largo has several beaches to explore, such as Indian Rocks Beach, Largo Beach, Belleair Beach, Belleair shore Beach and Clearwater Beach. There are also several state parks and nature preserve in the area, like Lake Seminole Park and the Tampa Bay Estuary.

When it comes to restaurants, it has plenty of options. From casual to upscale, there are restaurants with a variety of cuisines, including Italian, Mexican, Asian, and American. Popular restaurants in Largo include Bonefish Grill, Fortunatos Italian Restaurant, and Pia’s. There are also plenty of bars and pubs to explore.

• Please dial 911 first in case of an emergency, then call us.
• Please respect check-in and check-out times. No overstaying without prior permission and payment.
• Please do not remove any mail in the mailbox if any.
• No mail or packages are to be sent to the property. We will have to discard them if any.
• Pool isn't heated.
• Pool: Persons less than 14 years of age must always have adult supervision.
• Pool care: Scheduled weekly. They will enter from the backyard door. They will not knock on your door to notify you of their presence or take permission.
• Please don't eat/drink in beds, as this leads to irreversible stains. Claims will be made.
• We provide a BBQ. Guest will not get refunded if any unexpected malfunction or if gas is emptied. We provide a starter quantity. Guest will have to fill it if they need more.
• The BBQ must remain outside of the lanai area, per city regulations. Non-compliance may result in claims.
• The use of Glitter/Confetti will lead to an extra cleaning fee.
• Please note that an extra charge will be claimed for each remote loss.
• Please take care of the furnishings. Claims will be made.
• Trailers/boats are not allowed on the driveway or on the streets of this community.
• Please avoid parking on the grass as it is an HOA violation.
• Lawn Care: Scheduled bi-weekly. They will not knock on your door to notify you of their presence or take permission.
• Mining Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies is prohibited. Claim will be made.
• There will be an inspection for quality and safety purposes conducted by a member of our team. If it happens to fall during your stay, we will notify you in advance. Guest presence is not mandatory during the inspection but inspection may be. Guest understands and agrees to access.
• Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any water or electricity outages caused by the city. We will do our best to assist you during these circumstances, but please understand that it is beyond our control. As such, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide refunds for any inconveniences caused by such outages.
• Right of Access: Guest understands, acknowledges and agrees upon confirming their booking that the manager/technician of the property will access (with or without your presence) the property for purpose of inspection, any maintenance requests from guests or other circumstance when deemed necessary with reasonable notification by one/all or any text, message, call, through booking platform to the guest for purposes of ensuring the safety and security of the property.
