This cozy and relaxing retreat is located right by beautiful Lake Arrowhead. It is located in a private gated community right in the heart of Lake Arrowhead Village. Take a 2-minute stroll to restaurants, the lake, or enjoy a massage at the Lake Arrowhead Resort & Spa. Sit on your patio and sip morning coffee while taking in views of the lake! This recently renovated Two-Level condo offers a minimalist, clean, fresh mountain ambiance. Lake views from many rooms. Master w/ private bath, King bed & 55" flat screen Smart TV upstairs. Downstairs King Suite is a private room with King bed, and bath just outside the door. The downstairs Bunk Room has lower Full bed below, and a Twin bed up top and head on views of the lake. All Organic bedding and towels in bedrooms and bathrooms. In the Living Room, on the main level, enjoy beautiful lake views from the sitting area, a large 55" flatscreen TV ultra–HD Smart TV. The dining table seats eight. The kitchen is fully stocked with organic teas and coffee, Reverse-Osmosis filtered water, pots, pans, Nespresso capsule machine, drip coffee, utensils, towels, dishwasher, plates, serving bowls, and including some condiments. No need to leave the property when you can take a dip in our heated pool & spa.

Beautiful condo with amazing views! Lovely, peaceful vibe and well-equipped with the necessities. Chocolate, coffee and wine were a nice touch! You can't beat the location right next to town! Everything was in walking distance. We love Arrowhead and will be returning.

Fantastic Location!

Our party of six had a wonderful time in Lake Arrowhead. The condo was clean, fully stocked, and our host provided clear instructions. We loved being able to walk to the grocery store and Lake Arrowhead Village while we were there. We drove to Lake Gregory for water activities. Can’t wait to go back!

Lovely Family Getaway!

This condo is a winner! Our family of 5 (kids between 3 and 8) had a great time here. The property is stylish, very clean, and the location is excellent. The lake view from the balcony, living room, and even the main bedroom was gorgeous. The kitchen had everything we needed. The grocery store and restaurants are incredibly close. We will be returning!

Relaxing adventure in the mountains

We had a lovely Thanksgiving holiday and stay in this gorgeous condo with a lake view. The home was just as described, and fully stocked with lovely little amenities. It was so close to the store (which we could walk to) and the Village and all of their amenities. It was super clean and the communication was fabulous Highly recommend

Very nice unit, well equipped and beautiful view of lake. There is a nice pool and we had it almost all to ourselves. Info regarding Lake Arrowhead, it is a private lake. We couldn't get access to the nice walking path near lake or swim in the lake while we were there.

Cozy and beautiful

Stayed a few days with a baby, young child, and grandparents. It’s literally on the lake and in the village so we loved the location. The spacious and comfortable unit is in the perfect spot. The details, designer style, and provisions are truly impressive- down to the fancy hand soap- it’s basically a kid friendly five star resort. Perfect. We will certainly stay here again. Totally worth it!

Our New Year Getaway

We had an incredible stay at the Lake View Retreat! It was the most beautiful, relaxing and beautiful way to end 2023 and begin 2024 with our family. The condo feels like a cozy and serene cabin with every detail covered for amenities, comfort, and fun. The location is optimal with being walking distance to the village and lake, we were able to get out for nice walks in the fresh air and enjoy the surrounding area without using the car. Jenn and Alexa (the owners/property managers) were detailed and timely in their instructions and communication, making the process streamlined and easy to navigate without any issues. We give our stay a 10/10 rating and look forward to returning soon for our next getaway to Lake Arrowhead!

Arrowhead get away

I have stayed in many VRBO homes. This experience has topped them all. Lake Arrowhead was a second home to my family for 16 years. We revisited after several years for a wedding. I was looking for a place close to the village this is it! Great location, kind welcoming, but the cherry on top was the host. All VRBO hosts have been good, but if you’re looking for a true mountain kindness experience stay here. Everything was just that much better! Great towels, a touch of home in the kitchen, great suggestions and easy access. Property managers were on top of our questions and a maintenance problem was handled quickly and with a smile. We are DEFINATELY coming back! Thank you!

Great view, great location

We lived in Lake Arrowhead & raised our 4 children there before moving away 4 yrs ago. Three of our kids & 3 Gkids still live on the mountain. Our daughter who lives in AZ and 2 Gkids ages 1 1/2 and 3 joined us on this trip. Check-in was a breeze, beautifully decorated condo, kitchen has high end appliances and everything you need to feel at home except fridge does not have water or ice dispenser but does have ice maker so we bought bottled water and we missed our Keurig. The view of the lake is beautiful! We loved sitting on the deck watching the boats and so did the Gkids. However, it’s not quiet with the road noise below and the yacht club just below had live music on Saturday night that was so loud we had to close the slider. The beds are hotel quality with really nice linens. We had the family over for dinners and everyone was comfortable and there was plenty of seating around the gorgeous live edge dining table. The sofa w/chase is huge and extremely comfortable. We absolutely loved having a pool and basically had it to ourselves. You can’t beat the location and convenience to Staters, the Village, and Arrowhead Brewing Co. but, I have to mention that since this is a condo the noise level of simply walking and voices or kids being kids was a huge concern for me, I felt bad for the people in unit below. Maria, our contact, was so nice, helpful, professional and available whenever we had a question. Loved our visit, just not sure this is a good fit for our noisy crew 😊

Perfect getaway

My family of 4 was so COMFORTABLE in this condo. It was right in the center of lake arrowhead and walking distance to restaurants, shops, grocery stores and more. Everything was extremely comfortable, very clean (I mean immaculate, nothing sticky, no hair left behind, so clean!!!) and well styled. No scary animal heads! I was sold on the place because another reviewer called it a 5 star hotel for kids and that was absolutely true, but I would have enjoyed this with friends as well. We were lucky enough to come right after it snowed which made the views from the bedrooms and living area even better. We will definitely be back again.

Such a great location!

We loved our stay in this condo. It was incredibly clean, very nicely furnished and decorated, well enough equipped, and the view couldn’t be better. Its location in the village makes it so convenient to walk to the grocery store, shops, and restaurants. Our daughter loved the bunk beds and games. We were comfortable staying at the condo and the hosts were very nice. We didn’t have any issues checking in or during our stay. Highly recommend this condo!

Perfect little getaway!

My husband and I booked a relaxing getaway over Valentine's weekend and it was everything we had hoped for and more. The condo had lake views and was very clean and well appointed with everything we needed during our stay. The location is 5 minutes or less walking distance to the grocery store and The Village, with several shops and restaurants. We did have a day where the water was shut off to the entire complex due to an emergency repair, but Alex and Debbie were wonderful in keeping us up to date on the situation. Looking forward to a future stay!

Amazing home!

We really enjoyed our time in this condo. The home was perfectly clean, comfortable, and had amazing views. There were thoughtful touches throughout the home and all the amenities needed for traveling with a two year old. We loved being walking distance to the village. Pictures really don't do this place justice. Thank you for hosting us and being attentive to all of our questions, we are already wanting to come back.

An absolute gem!

Debbie & Alex created a wonderful getaway just steps away from Lake Arrowhead Village. The pictures don’t do justice for this gem of a condo located just steps from the Lake. Every little attention to detail has been well thought out to make your stay that much more enjoyable. You will not be disappointed with your experience at Lake Arrowhead should you choose to make this home your home away from home.

Wonderful winter wonderland!

We were caught in a snow storm and actually couldn't do anything because most everything was closed! We had a lot of family for Christmas and went to chill after all the cooking and cleaning and it worked out beautifully! The place has a great vibe for chillin and kicking back! We played family games and all shared in cooking duties and played in the snow. The property manager was delightful and even brought us her Christmas candles during the black out!! The owner was very responsive and answered all my questions promptly! The beds were to die for!!! Organic comfy sheets, great mattress, view of lake and location does not get much better. We will be back for summer activities!! Thank you Debbie (owner) for all of your hospitality with coffee, jams, honey, maple syrup and organic sheets.... Too much to list. This is a warm and friendly space!! Erin- Thank you for being ready for anything and responding on site!! Do not hesitate to book!!

Beautiful condo

Beautiful condo in an amazing location. Walk to restaurants and shops Spacious and nicely decorated. The host and onsite manager were very responsive and provided excellent, friendly service. We would definitely stay again if we come back to Lake Arrowhead.

One of our best rental experiences yet!

This home was just perfect for our few day trip to Lake Arrowhead in December. The town village is very small and this condo was just steps away from the grocery store and all of the shops/restaurants. It was a 10 minute drive to SkyPark @ Santa's Village and a 30min drive to the Snowdrift Snow Tubing Park. The house was really well equipped. Fully stocked kitchen. We brought our own gear for our 2 year old, but they had a crib, baby gates, etc also. There were a lot of cute decorative touches. The master bedroom with en suite bathroom is upstairs and has a door that closes it off from the rest of the condo. Beautiful views of the lake. Locked garage which was great in the cold/snow so that we didn't have to defrost the car or shovel snow! The hosts were communicative and provided detailed instructions. All gates are keypad entry so checkin was breeze. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Vacation House

The condo was extremely clean, comfortable and perfect for my family’s Thanksgiving get together. The kitchen was well stocked including butter and creamer in the fridge and spices, sugar, flour and other staples in the pantry. The view of the lake from the balcony was wonderful, and although the house is right in the middle of Lake Arrowhead Village, it was very quiet inside. We also enjoyed the hot tub. We would definitely stay at this house again if we go back to Lake Arrowhead.
