Historic waterfront home with amazing Aransas Bay views! 200 foot pier access! Enjoy gorgeous unobstructed sunrises, bay views, and bay breezes from the porch and the balconies. Fish from the pier or wade fish. This beautiful four bedroom, three and a half bathroom home sleeps up to nine people. The first floor features a spacious open concept kitchen, dining, and living area. The living room has plenty of seating and is a great place to gather for movie night or the big game, if you can pull your eyes away from the bay views! The dining table seats six and there is additional seating for three at the massive kitchen island. Along with plenty of prep area, the kitchen is fully stocked with all you need to whip up a meal or a pitcher of sangria. There are two bedrooms on the first floor. One has a queen bed and attached bathroom. The second has two twins and a twin trundle bed. The half bathroom is located here as well. There is a large parlor room with fantastic water views. This is a great spot for games and cocktails.
Upstairs features two more bedrooms. The first has a queen bed, a sitting area, an attached bathroom, and balcony access.
The second bedroom has a king bed, a sitting area, attached bathroom, and balcony access as well. Both rooms have a coffeemaker for those lazy mornings when you would prefer to take in the sunrise and enjoy some solitude from the balcony without having to walk downstairs first. Streaming TV only.
