The Space:

The Clementine Creekhouse offers a spacious and modern retreat nestled in the picturesque Delaware River Valley, just two hours from New York City and conveniently located near Callicoon, NY. Set on four private acres along a tranquil creek, this stunning home boasts breathtaking treehouse views, six inviting bedrooms, and 3.5 opulent baths, comfortably accommodating up to 14 guests. Whether you're eager to unwind with family or friends or indulge in luxurious amenities, this retreat offers the perfect respite from everyday life.



Inside the house, you will find a high-end kitchen outfitted with top-of-the-line appliances, an oversized island ideal for cooking and casual gatherings, and an expansive dining area featuring bench seating for memorable dinners. The living space is characterized by grand double-height ceilings and sliding doors that lead to a screened-in patio, seamlessly connecting indoor and outdoor living. Cozy up around the wood-burning fireplace, enjoy a game of backgammon, or explore the curated vintage library for a quiet reading experience.



Comfortable Accommodation:-

Clementine Creekhouse features six beautifully appointed bedrooms designed for relaxation. On the main level, one room includes a queen bed, while another features two twin beds sharing a bathroom with a double vanity. Ascend to the upper level to find two additional queen beds, along with a full bathroom. The newly renovated lower level includes a queen bed that boasts a stunning picture window, a bunk room with four twin beds, and a brand-new bathroom equipped with a tub/shower. This lower floor also features an expansive living area with direct access to the outdoors, making it ideal for gatherings.



Interior Feeling:-

The light-filled interiors create a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes you feel connected to nature. Large windows throughout the home provide enchanting views of the surrounding trees and creek. The decor features contemporary furnishings from notable brands such as Floyd, along with high-quality Tuft & Needle mattresses and luxurious linen bedding. Grab a sandwich at Bà and Me, enjoy cider with a view at Seminary Hill, try some local beers at Catskill Provisions Distillery, or shop the county's largest farmers market. Try tubing on the Delaware River, golf nearby at Villa Roma, horseback ride at Bridle Hill Farm, visit the alpacas at Buck Brook Farm, or explore the various hikes around the Catskills. We have a local guide we share with all our guests to help you get the most of your stay at Clementine Creekhouse.



Getting Around:

Clementine Creekhouse is just over two hours from New York City, and you'll definitely want a car to get there and to explore around the area.



Other Things to Note:

The property doesn't have great cell reception, but we do have fast cable internet and wifi for all of your work from home needs.



We also have Sonos speakers throughout the house, backgammon, chess, and an assortment of other games for you to enjoy, along with a vintage library of books and magazines curated by our friends at Sweet Pickle Books.



Please note that while the main level does have A/C, the lower level bedrooms do not.
