We were so pleased with everything about this cabin. We loved sitting in the rocking chairs on the front porch and listening to sounds of the water right beside the cabin. The cabin was comfortable, clean and well stocked.

This was a girls’ retreat for 4 senior ladies. We had a wonderful time at the cabin. Every room was clean and well appointed. All utensils we needed in the kitchen were supplied by the owner. There was a nice updated bathroom and a very large living room. Bedding was comfortable. Air conditioning was perfect. We loved being so close to waterfalls and some shopping including a large grocery store. Recently refinished wood floors are beautiful.

Such a lovely place!! Def coming back!

This place was just what we needed for a quick weekend get away. We truly loved the quiet & the simplicity of it! The porch & flowing creek was esp soothing for our mind & hearts! The owner was super responsive & easy to work with. Definitely coming back!

A memory to remember

What a beautiful place to stay on the creek! The water was nice, very cold, yet very relaxing, and the cabin was absolutely adorable (our favorite place was the porch). We went to Devil's Fork, Issaqueena Falls, went swimming in Lake Keeowee, then came home to relax with ease at this peaceful property.

Family vacation

Family vacation… jet ski riding at Lake Jocasse and Lake Keowee. Cabin is amazing. Just what we needed. Quiet and cozy!! Enjoyed our mornings and nights sitting on the porch listening to the flow of the river.

The place was fantastic and perfect for our family! Loved how open and comfy the space was in the cabin. Sitting on the porch listening to the creek running by was absolutely tranquil and we loved getting in it play, skip rocks, and make stack/balance rock art. The host, Greshan was extremely friendly and quick to respond. Another perk is that it was really close to Whitewater Falls(tallest US fall east of Rockies), Silver Run Falls(swimming hole to get under waterfall), and Cashiers Sliding Rock(natural rock water slide) We will definitely look to stay here again if in the area. Thanks!

Great little country-mountain cottage

House was great loved the stream by the porch. Loved the quiet neighborhood. The only problem we had was there was no house number and we had a hard time identifying which house it was.

Restful!

We enjoyed our little family stay at the cabin! Relaxing sounds from the creek in a remote valley near Table Rock and Jocassee. Only suggestion would be to install a w/d for those who stay longer than a weekend. Closest laundry mat is 30 min away -otherwise wonderful!!!

Peaceful Weekend Getaway

This was a great property for a peaceful weekend getaway. We enjoyed being disconnected from the outside world for a short while. The cabin was cozy and the creek was so relaxing. The picnic table and grill are perfectly positioned to have a full view of nature. The best feature of the property is the large porch with the rockers and swing to enjoy the sounds of the rushing water just steps away. Simply beautiful location. We look forward to a return trip in the future.

The host was very welcoming and accommodating… easy to book our reservations. They were easily accessible by phone or text and they responded within a reasonable amount of time. This is our second visit to the cabin. We enjoyed the rural area in the mountains… secluded in a small private community. We enjoyed the comforts of home… open living space and kitchen . We also enjoyed the large front, wraparound porch with a swing and rocking chairs and the beautiful stream beside it. Although we didn’t get an opportunity to use it, there was a fire pit with chairs located on the other side of the cabin. Our daughter joined us and was able to run on several of the trails located fairly close to the cabin. We will definitely be back. This is one of my favorite areas to visit.

Beautiful Secluded Hideaway in the mountains

My husband and I and granddaughter truly our stay in this quaint cabin. Although it looked tiny from the outside, it was very spacious inside and had all that we needed for this getaway. The pics online couldn’t capture the true beauty of the surrounding setting!!! It was just what we needed… a break from the constant access to the fast pace of this world. We definitely will be back. Thank you for allowing us to share and enjoy your lovely cabin.❤️

Perfect Quiet Getaway

The perfect place to get away from it all and unplug. No internet or WiFi? No problem. Just the constant sound of the bubbling stream and the cool shade to make for a perfect setting and base camp as we explored the hikes and waterfalls nearby.

Family Vacation

Amazing cabin with Beautiful scenery! Mill Place Cabin was PERFECT for our little family of 3! We spent our mornings enjoying the porch and the stream…we took advantage of the grill by the steam and had home cooked meals every day….and nightly fires in the fire pit. No internet/WiFi was a blessing!!! We were also able to capture some beautiful senior photos of our daughter around the property and by the stream…. A week of Quality Family Time!!!!

Very VERY remote

We were aware that wifi was not included, but did not anticipate having zero bars on our phones either. It was nice to unplug, and in a very beautiful area. Truthfully, we would not stay here more than two days because of the lack of wifi. If it were an add-on option for a certain cost a day, we would definitely return & stay even longer. The cabin was beautiful, the location was fantastic, only 15 minutes from Lee Falls.
