The Yellow Quilt in Walhalla

Our newly renovated early 1900s home in Walhalla is affectionately called the Yellow Quilt. It accommodates a larger family perfectly with a master suite (king bed), and two bedrooms upstairs (two queens). We are conveniently located a few blocks from downtown Walhalla, 20 minutes from Clemson, 15 minutes from Seneca, and 40 minutes to Cashiers. We are a short drive to several hiking and biking trails. Enjoy Lake Keowee, Jocassee, or Hartwell during your stay.

The home was exactly as described and beautiful. We loved having an outdoor area in a nice neighborhood. Downtown Walhalla is super cute and growing by the day. The beds were comfortable and the house was extremely clean.

The house was lovely. Every thing was clean and well stocked. Shopping was very nice. Went to Ingles several times.Eating out was easy. The town was close by so you had many places depending on what kind of food you wanted. We would like to stay there again on our next trip.

Beautiful landscaping, flowers, treesā€¦nice setting. Very comfortable home, large kitchen space. Very clean inside. Great location to downtown shops and restaurants. Even better location to hiking and access to lake Keowee. We would definitely stay here again. Host was very responsive to any questions and provided anything we may have needed.

Perfect house for our trip to see my cousin get married. House is was very clean and had all we needed for our stay. It was close to everything that we needed. Host were great to work with and very accommodating! Would definitely book this place again for sure!

July 4h Week With Family

Our family visited us for the week and stayed in The Yellow Quilt. Brady is a wonderful host and went above and beyond to make their stay enjoyable. The house is conveniently located to main street Walhalla and Lake Keowee. It is beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. The flower garden added an extra special touch. Will definitely rent it again.

Lovely property with an excellent outdoor area for the kids to run around. Beautiful Japanese maple, butterfly bushes and other flowers. Keep in mind this is an old house so the stairs are steep. The remodeling work is great and the house is super cute. Great location just a few blocks from the main strip of restaurants and shops. I could have easily walked to the shops.

Very Nice Rental

Very nice, only thing was we were expecting a bathroom for the upstairs, did not realize that the bathrooms were both on main level. Hard to manage stairs!

Clemson parents weekend

Lake Jocassee

My sister and I took our parents to a tour of lake Jocassee and rented The Yellow Quilt via VRBO. This place was great, it over exceeded our expections in every way. Very easy check in and out. The host was very responsive and a great location. We all agreed we would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely perfect!

We had never been to Walhalla before, but wanted to spend a weekend there to see The Steeldrivers. This home is gorgeous, a 2 minute drive to Main Street and had every amenity one could think of. The renovations are perfect; cozy, classy and welcoming! I will recommend this house to anyone wanting to spend some time in Walhalla!

Great for Clemson Games!

We booked to come stay for a Clemson Football weekend, but didnā€™t want to be in the busy-ness that is Clemson on football weekends! It was a short drive, easy to get to and from. The house itself was so beautiful, had everything we needed and the owner was so kind and so responsive to my messages! We definitely plan to stay here again when we come back to the upstate!

The Yellow Quilt is a charming, cozy, beautifully decorated gem in Walhalla, SC. We were visiting family and found this house to be perfect for our needs. It is completely stocked with essentials and more! Located close to town and shopping. Safe neighborhood. I really appreciated the ownerā€™s quick response to any small question I had. We will absolutely rent here again. Donā€™t question if you should stay at the Yellow Quiltā€¦do it!

Felt like Home!

This is a beautiful property that felt like home. It is beautifully decorated, well stocked. Bedrooms are large, kitchen is spacious--loved the large sink. Great neighborhood with an easy walk into Walhalla. We personally liked that there is no smoking and no pets. LOVED the barn quilt on the outside of the home. The yard is gorgeous. Everything just felt comfortable! We would definitely stay at this home again! The owner was quick to reply to any questions and checked on us a couple of times. Loved it!!!

Excellent stay!

My daughter and I went to go visit Clemson as it is on her potential college list. Since it was a football weekend hotels and places just on/around campus were insane (if even available). So we decided to open up our area to look and came across Walhalla. Found this listing and could not have been happier! It was only 20 minutes from the school and was just what we needed. The place was clean and in great shape. Itā€™s a 100 year old house with tons of charm! The host was extremely helpful from start to finish! Thank you guys for everything. If our daughter decides on Clemson we now found our spot for when we come and visit!
