Spacious, Serene Guesthouse close to RI beaches, URI & southcounty destinations!

“The Nest” is a spacious, serene 2 bedroom apartment with additional Nook for 3rd sleeping area built above our stand alone storage garage. Upon entering the 1000 sq ft space you are greeted with an open floor plan boasting cathedral ceilings, modern wet bar/kitchenette, bright living room and dining area. Sliders open to private deck with wooded view. A full bath, 2 bedrooms and add’l sleeping nook off the main living area complete the space. Also on the property are a cottage and 1800s Colonial home. Close to beaches, URI, Ninigret Park (home of the Trolls and festivals, dog park, observatory) & more!

The guest house is spacious and completely yours and separate from main house. The lower level garage stores owner items that do not need to be accessed during your stay. “The Nest” has a front door private entrance ~ a staircase leading you to a tranquil modern space for your “home away from home” experience. Kitchenette is well-equipped, beds are comfy and living room is very inviting!

Two bedrooms: One with Queen sized bed and the other offers a Full sized bed. There is an additional sleeping area that is in the corner of the main living space in the "nook" where the ceiling slants. This offers a twin bed and a room divider. Good for an extra guest or child.

Up to two well-behaved pets are allowed. Pet fee is $75 per pet per stay. First pet fee is charged via VRBO; additional pet fees are collected a week before your stay. Pets are not allowed on furniture or in beds. All pet waste must be collected and disposed of appropriately. Please do not leave pets for extended periods of time.
