House in BF Homes Int. w/ Pool and Jacuzzi

Hi there, Ms. Anna. Thank you for the feedback and for staying with us. We appreciate it and accept it wholeheartedly. We want to address your concerns during your stay with us properly. The problem with the internet connection not working during the typhoon was addressed by us, the property owners, and by the internet service provider PLDT. They assured us that there’s nothing wrong with the connection. We found out that it was the electricity so we moved it to another electric socket. With the roof in the kitchen, the leak and musty smell was caused by the typhoon. We had 3 typhoons that came in the Philippine Area of Responsibility, all came with strong winds, that’s why the roof moved a little bit. It’s also true that when the house doesn’t get proper air circulation, it becomes moist or damp. But other than that, the house is well maintained before someone checks in and after they check out. About the CCTV inside the room, you can disconnect it if you’re uncomfortable and no secret aboit as you can easyly see it. We have no problem with that but saying there’s no internet while the CCTVs are working, that’s contradicting what the PLDT representative confirmed with us when there was no problem with the internet connection. The cameras help us protect the property and our guests by allowing us to review any issues that may arise, such as safety concerns or potential damage. This helps ensure a safer and more accountable environment for everyone. The TV in the living room is different from the advertisement because the guests who stayed before you broke the 65-inch TV and we had to replace it as soon as possible with a 45-inch TV. We’ll update our listing information. Oftentimes, guests here in the Philippines don’t use hot water on the Jacuzzi. We never indicated on our listing that we have hot water in the Jacuzzi. Despite those concerns, we still welcomed you to our property even though you made a lot of changes a day before your booked date and caused us stress and waited if you’ll ever come. We believe that reasonable price. especially considering that most similar properties are rented for 25,000pesos to 35,000 pesos per night with comparable amenities.
