This is a four bedroom, three bathroom, 1 car garage home but the Master Bedroom/Bathroom is locked for owner’s use only. You will enjoy a peaceful gated neighborhood on a quiet street yet near university, hospitals, shopping and restaurants. Designed as a vacation home for a couple from the U.S., guests will find the needed amenities to feel at home (sufficient air conditioning and ceiling fans, modern bathrooms with plenty of hot water, fast wi-fi, comfortable furniture). The open concept kitchen/ dining/ living area provides plenty of room for entertaining. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances (including oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker along with plenty of pans, plates and utensils). The living room includes recliners and cable TV. One bedroom is downstairs, and three are upstairs along with an upper level living area that provides a quiet nook for conversation or to watch TV via streaming. Patios and balconies on the front and back provide extra room to relax.
