Guest Access:

Engage in an array of water activities, from boating and fishing to kayaking, sailing, skiing, swimming, and tubing ā€“ all permitted, ensuring you make the most of your lakeside getaway. The summer water level is typically 8.5ā€™ at the front of the dock, while the winter water level is around 4ā€™. The Boathouse is 10'11" wide and the overhead clearance is 7'5. Whether you bring your watercraft and toys or opt for rentals available online, the options are boundless. Allow the tranquility to embrace you, dissolving any worries and weaving cherished vacation memories. Please note that the guest access into the home is via a code given for a touch pad on the dead bolt of the door.



Other Things to Note:

ā€¢ Property treated for pests. Lakes provide habitat for a variety of creatures. The owner is not responsible for wildlife or insects, but please let us know of any issues or unusual occurrences.

ā€¢ Guests using motorized water toys must adhere to Lake Murray's NO WAKE zones. Close to the docks is a NO WAKE ZONE. If you want to boat, tube, or jet ski, please go into bigger water.

ā€¢ Children must be supervised by an adult when on the dock, swimming, or using any water toys as needed.

ā€¢ To provide a safe and comfortable environment for everyone, primary guests must be at least 25 years old to book accommodations with us.

ā€¢ As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we ensure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Trust and Safety Fee or your rental rate. The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $3,000 for content and $3,000 for dwelling. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair above the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and PMI Palmetto will process the payment using the form of payment on file for the Guest. Additional information about the Safely Protection Policy will be provided upon request.

Loved our stay at Wishinā€™ N Fishinā€™! The house is right on the beautiful lake and we spent much of the time enjoying the view. Comfortably accommodated two families and was convenient to Columbia. Highly recommend!

Very good house in a great location. It is at the end of a peninsula with a dock in a cove. There are labels throughout the house for the light and fan switches as well a guidance for various things. The three bedrooms are good sizes.

Such a tranquil, quiet, and beautiful place. The neighbors were so helpful and nice! That southern hospitality. The house made us feel right at home. We had everything we needed. And the view! We had the best time. Thank you!!

Beautiful lake house

We really enjoyed our stay on Lake Murray. Every morning we woke up to stunning sun rises over the water and the quiet neighborhood. It is close to Columbia and other towns

This cabin was perfect for what we needed. The cabin was ready and clean upon our arrival. My parents enjoyed their coffee and breakfast on the patio each morning as this was possibly their last trip to SC.

Very nice home right on Lake Murray. Fabulous sunrises over the lake and you can walk across the street and see great sunsets as well. The property manager was very communicative and they had a nice welcome package with snacks and bottled water waiting for us.

What a great home. The home was warm and cozy and I really enjoyed the few days I was there. The fishing was great, although it was winter days. I travel often and to deferent locations, and this home was my favorite. The home is warm and inviting.

29th Anniversary

The house was just as advertized very spacious & clean on the inside with lots of outdoor space to take in all the lake views from every angle, it's in an excellent location and the neighborhood was quiet as well as private. Great access to the water

Our quick weekend for a family wedding was complete with swimming, boating, and paddle boarding from the dock at this house. So quiet and lovely. Easy to make a few simple meals for our family and down the road from our wedding venue. We got to drive the boat to the wedding and enjoyed a meal at a restaurant on the lake. Would love to come back- only negative is all the fees from this platform plus the managing company on top of it. Almost makes it unaffordable and not what the nightly rate is when you first look it up. Disappointment in that
