Welcome to Driftwood Beach Escape, your new favorite place! This brand new 5 bed 4.5 bath home just off 30A is approximately 1/2 a mile or a 4 minute golf cart ride to the beach, and has everything you'll need to make your visit to Santa Rosa Beach memorable. Our beautiful home is situated on the West end of 30A in Dune Allen Beach. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac surrounded by trees, you will find a tranquil place to relax and unwind. The Driftwood Beach Escape is located along a 26 mile stretch of sugar white sand and turquoise waters of Florida's Panhandle. We are located in one of the 16 distinct neighborhoods in Santa Rosa Beach that has its own charm. A quick 2 minute golf cart ride and you are at the beach or a local restaurant. You are also a short distance away from other 30A favorite neighborhoods like Seaside, Seacrest & Rosemary Beach. Inside our home you'll find an open kitchen, eat in island and state of the art appliances. An open family room awaits with a smart TV ready for your streaming network of choice, and a large dining table with bench seating. Spread out in one of the many outdoor seating areas, relax in the beautiful pool, or sip your morning coffee on one of the porches where you might catch a glimpse of deer.

*If you would like the pool heated from October 1- March 31 the fee is $50 per day of stay.

All mattresses are memory foam. Downstairs you will find a King bedroom with private ensuite. Upstairs you will find 3 more King bedrooms, 2 have private ensuites. The 4th King bedroom has a shared bathroom with double vanity and bath/shower combo, all King bedrooms have a smart TV.

Also upstairs, you will find a second living space with smart TV, great for kids. The 5th bedroom has two twin over twin bunks that sleeps 4.

The home is well equipped with all of the basic essentials you need. All you will have to do is unpack and enjoy your vacation! A private attached garage houses all the beach essentials you need to make your trip enjoyable (chairs, umbrellas, toys). You even have complementary access to a 6 seater street legal golf cart with your reservation!

A list of home essentials will be provided to assist you with your packing. The home has a convenient laundry room with washer and dryer for guest use. Outdoor security cameras are provided for your safety, as well as a pool door alarm system.
