Our location has everything you need from beach access to a fitness center, sauna, great hot tub, pool, barbeques, indoor parking (for a small to midsized vehicle), putting green, laundry, and more. Our unit can accommodate four in a clean, quiet setting. The beach is just steps away and our location also enables you to walk to restaurants, shops, and many Oceanside amenities with the Harbor just to the north and pier and downtown corridor to the south. Enjoy a peaceful and lush garden environment on the deck where you can listen to the birds with a peek ocean view off in the distance. The complex courtyard is immaculately landscaped with tropical plants and water features running throughout. Children love to feed koi fish and ducks from bridged walkways within. This complex is a non-smoking zone as is the unit.

Amazing place!

Beautiful and clean, just like pictures showed. Secluded area but steps from the beach made this location perfect! Host was quick to reply and a pleasure to communicate with. Will definitely be returning!

Rain or shine this place is great

Cozy space with so much to do within the gates of the condo. We loved walking both directions along the ocean to get food, see the sights, and to shop. Location was very safe, my 12 and 14 year old sons loved the huge heated pool and hot tub. We would definatly stay here again.

Great place,Great Oceanside beach location

The condo we stayed in was very well maintained and had a lot of the essentials ( K-cups, bath soap, shampoo/ conditioner, dish & hand soaps + other things needed to make our stay memorable. The owners also had boogie-boards, beach chairs and a beach umbrella!! The condominium ground are also very well maintained.

The property was as described in the listing. Very clean, with all amenities up to standard. The gym was very well maintained, as was the entire property. Owners were very responsive! Highly recommend!

Close to the Beach

We enjoyed this property immensely. It is right next to the beach, the grounds are nicely landscaped, and it has a nice view from the patio. Inside, the kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed, including a kettle, pans, coffeemaker, and multiple dish sets. The house was very clean and well-organized. There were extra towels and pillows, a rollaway bed, and a pack and play. Overall we would recommend it and stay here again.

Extended weekend getaway

The location, amenities, and condo were all fantastic. Our family enjoyed the proximity to the beach, playing in the pool, working out in the gym, and playing ping pong. We found everything to be clean and comfortable. We found restaurants close by. My husband and I even visited the sauna each evening. Thank you for a wonderful trip. We will be back!!

Wonderful place great location

We’ve stayed at Northcoast village multiple summers. We really enjoyed this unit. It’s well appointed and has accommodations for a family of four. Our tall kids 15, 14 yrs made due with a nice pull out couch and rollaway bed. The unit also had nice beach towels, chairs umbrella etc. overall would definitely recommend. The owners were always receptive with ? as well.

Great condo

We were really impressed with this condo. It was clean and comfortable. They had everything we needed for our stay. The location was great. It's an easy walk to the pool, beach, harbor and pier. We kept the windows open for the ocean breeze and fans going to help cool the condo down in the evening when we went to bed. The location was perfect we didn't hear any noise from the outside at night. We slept comfortably with the 3 of us. My son opted to sleep on the rollaway instead of the sleeper sofa. The grounds were beautiful, the pool and amenities were nice. Only issue we had was the parking spot for this unit is a tight fit and we had difficulty getting out of the drivers side door, but we made it work. Owners were quick to answer any questions we had. Thank you for a great stay!

Convenient and comfortable

We have stayed at this condo complex before and enjoyed the grounds and proximity to the beach. The condo itself had everything we needed. Tons of beach toys and games for the kids. The wagon and boogie boards were great. Nice large towels. The unit was quieter at night than the last one we stayed at (the other was closer to the pool) so this was a perk with young kids. We flew in, so having a pack and play was a major perk. There were a few wirless chargers in the unit which was also really convenient. Everything was clean. The parking space was a bit tight because it's next to the wall- we had a Nissan Altima, luckily the car in the spot next to us was always parked on the far edge of theirs so we didnt have trouble getting in, but a larger car might. The peek a boo view of the ocean from the patio was nice as well. We enjoyed our stay!

Peaceful Oasis

I absolutely loved my stay at this property! We spent 15 days here and I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect spot for myself and my two boys. The unit was very clean and organized. Everything I needed for my stay was available and easy to find. The location in the complex was perfect for us. There is easy elevator and stair access. The pool and gym are nearby as well. It was like escaping to a hidden paradise. Even with many other people and families around it was peaceful and everyone seemed very respectful. There is easy access to both the Harbor and the Pier. With that comes fun restaurants and shops. From the gate to the sand I counted 185 steps. I loved that there was a parking spot for us to utilize. Heads up, it is a tight parking spot. I was able to fit my Ford Explorer. Anything bigger will not fit. If you’d like to do laundry it is not far, just an elevator ride down. You will need to use the Wash Connect app for the easiest experience. There was one coin operated washer and dryer. I would absolutely stay again!

Lake Tahoe is only twelve miles away, and premier ski resorts such as Palisades (formally Squaw Valley), and Northstar, are within five miles. We also enjoy summers at Donner Lake located right here in Truckee. Twenty-eight miles to our east is Reno, NV. where we are able to hit the big box stores and enjoy the night life on occasion.

We were looking for a nice place to enjoy our off time. Oceanside was a great fit. It has a lot to offer, such as fine dinning, surf, and beaches, The amenities at North Coast Village are excellent. The grounds are well kept and secure. We always have a hard time going back home.
