From here you may use the oversized elevator or solid oak stairs to arrive in the bedroom level where you will find one of the two primary suites with its own private, covered deck, a huge double vanity area, walk-in shower, and custom closet. This floor also offers two additional bedrooms, both with queen beds, and a shared full bathroom. The next level up from here is the main living area, which is truly sensational! The space is filled with natural light and boasts a kitchen like no other offering a propane gas range w/ downdraft on a grand, quartz island, cabinetry to the ceiling with custom under cabinet and toe-kick lighting, walk-in pantry and more! The dining area is well-positioned with ocean views and flows nicely into the spacious living room with plenty of comfortable seating for everyone. There is also a propane fireplace for those cooler evenings. You will find a full-size bathroom, large laundry room, and second full size fridge on this level as well. Additionally, the covered porches feature composite decking, tongue and groove wood ceilings with warm ocean breezes and views.
