Guest Access:

Guests use a keypad at the side door for self check-in and have full access to the entire home, inside and out.



The Neighborhood:

The home is located on a busy road just outside downtown Geneva—easy to access and close to everything. You’ll be just minutes from the region’s best wineries, breweries, restaurants, and lakefront attractions, making it an ideal home base for exploring the Finger Lakes.



Getting Around:

A car is highly recommended for exploring the area. Private taxis/car services and private wine tours are available.



Other Things to Note:

➡️ Please note: We provide cooking basics, with the exception of oil at this time—it will be included in the future.

➡️ A Pack ’n Play is available BY REQUEST ONLY and provided free of charge. Please let us know in advance if you’d like one so we can have it ready for your arrival.

➡️ Quiet Hours – This is a residential neighborhood with year-round residents. Please respect local quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM, as enforced by the town.

➡️ No Smoking – Smoking is not permitted inside the home.

➡️ No Garage Access – The garage is not available for guest use.

➡️ Guest Agreement Required – All guests must sign Get RED-y Vacations’ rental agreement prior to check-in.

➡️ Use at Your Own Risk – The hot tub, fire pit, and air hockey table are for guest enjoyment but should be used responsibly and at your own risk.

➡️ Mini Split System – This home uses mini splits for heating and cooling. All units must be set to the same mode (heat or cool) in order to function properly.

➡️ Seasonal Amenities – Outdoor amenities may vary depending on weather and time of year.
