Inside, you'll find a cozy living room with a large sectional sofa and flat-screen TV, perfect for gathering after a day of exploring. The adjoining dining room seats up to ten guests, while the fully equipped country-style kitchen makes meal prep easy. With four bedrooms plus additional sleeping areas, Winey Duck comfortably accommodates larger groups. Two lakeside bedrooms upstairs feature a king and queen bed, while the lower level offers another queen bedroom and a bunk room that's great for kids. A futon and three full bathrooms ensure plenty of flexibility and comfort for everyone.

Step outside and enjoy the best of lakefront living on Seneca Lake. A spacious deck is perfect for dining or relaxing with a glass of Finger Lakes wine, while the retractable awning provides shade during summer afternoons. Just below, a private hot tub offers a relaxing spot to unwind under the stars. The property also includes direct water access, 10 feet of natural shoreline, and a dock with a large platform—ideal for swimming, fishing, boating, or simply soaking up the sun.

There is about 10 feet of natural entry into the lake, ideal for young children and pets alike! Please be mindful of neighboring properties and do not cross property lines.

Parking is strictly enforced to 2 spaces by zoning regulations.

Per New York state and county regulations, the occupancy for this property is strictly limited. The maximum occupancy stated on this listing is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time, including infants and children. This includes both day and overnight guests, no exceptions.

1. You will receive an email upon confirmation with a link to our Guest License Agreement which is a copy of our Rental Rules that must be signed and returned within 7 days of receiving.
2. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
3. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
4. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
5. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
6. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
7. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft, and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
8. 2 dogs allowed maximum and $100 plus tax non-refundable pet fee applies per dog.
