The park is right outside your door (stairway provided), while Bodega Dunes Beach is a magical five-minute walk through the park.
The space
This cozy studio has everything you need to enjoy your stay:

Kitchenette with full size refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker
Spacious deck with ocean view, lounge chairs, grill and dining table

The king size bed sits high off the floor to view the park.

This property is NOT suitable for:
-- children 2-12
-- the mobility impaired
-- shy folks. The shower, toilet and living area are all in the same room like a shipboard cabin or a studio
-- people who do not like nature. The property sits right on the park. There are animals and birds and insects in the park.

The family dog (20 lbs max) is welcome. Aggressive breeds are not allowed due to liability concerns.
Please do not leave your dog unattended inside or outside.

Guest access:
When you arrive, please park in your designated flagstone parking space to the far left as you face the house. The studio is down the flagstone path in front of you as you park. The gated entrance to Dorothy's Room is to your right. The key will be under the welcome mat.
Other things to note:
Please note there are other units on the property that may be occupied during your stay. If you have a larger group you may want to rent the downstairs 2br/2ba. The property is designed to give maximum privacy to guests.
