Come and stay in our large modern suite in the heart of Nevada City Historical District steps away from eclectic bars, award-winning restaurants, shops, and night life. This large beautiful apt is spacious and comfortable enough for a full months stay or a weekend away. Off street parking is private and free.

We love DOGS so feel free to bring your pup. There is a small fee of $35 so please remember to check that box. Please do let us know if Fido will be staying too.
The space
You'll love this industrial modern 1 BR apartment sleeps 2-4. With a loft-style large open floor plan, huge chef's kitchen with massive island and counter seating for 8 there’s plenty of room to spread out and relax. The cushy living room space has a large screen TV and leather sectional. The cook's kitchen has a granite island which seats 8, all high-end KitchenAide appliances and laundry in unit.

Please note the location in the description as we are in town and very close to the business district. As such you may experience some light noise in the early evening.

NEED MORE SPACE? This space has the option of adjoining with a studio suite on the same level to create a full 2BR apartment if you are traveling with friends or family. Inquire as to the possibility of renting the combination. Great for a family gathering or friends weekend.
