Welcome to our calming and bright 2 level condo at Sierra Lane, Blue Mountain! We have room for up to 10 guests, stunning views of Blue Mountain and an amazing location, right on Monterra golf course. Enjoy convenient ground level access and easy parking, as well as a private walk out patio. Only a quick drive to Collingwood and Northwinds Beach on Georgian Bay, Sierra Lane is a short walk to the Blue Mountain ski lifts, the Village, trails, golf & more.
*Important: Please note that there is ongoing siding construction on the buildings at Sierra Lane. While we expect the work to be managed as smoothly as possible, construction activity during daytime hours may result in occasional and sometimes unpredictable inconveniences, including visible work crews, intermittent noise, limited balcony or patio access, and other minor disruptions. If your group is particularly sensitive to daytime noise (for example, families with infants or light sleepers), we kindly ask that you take this into consideration when planning your stay.*
Kitchen & Dining Room The dining area boasts a charming harvest table, where you can gather with your loved ones for memorable meals. We have a fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and all the essentials you need, including cutlery, flatware, cookware, coffee maker and small appliances.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms There’s plenty of space with 3 bedrooms featuring king, queen, and 2x double beds. There`s 4 modular section chairs that can be pushed together to accommodate two extra guests, either as 2 single beds or one queen. 2 bathrooms are very convenient for groups, and you can enjoy the jets in our Jacuzzi tub.
We provide hotel quality linens, fresh towels and toiletries for our guests.
Living Space Cozy up by the gas fireplace and stream a movie on our smart TV. There’s plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy your après-ski There are 4 chairs that can be pushed together to create a modular sofa bed, fit for 2 people.
Patio & Outdoors Step outside onto your private patio, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening drinks.
Wifi, TV & Streaming Our condo features smart TVs as well as included WiFi for guests to stream their favourite shows & stay connected.

*CLOSED FOR THE SEASON* Sierra Lane Saltwater Pool: The pool will operate from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily and will require a fob to access the area. A maximum of 8 people are permitted in the pool area at a time. The pool is not heated. Kindly note that the pool is not owned, managed, or maintained by the Property Valet Team. If you plan to use the pool, please bring your own towels. 1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The management company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered with your original booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon.
2) The person booking the property must be 21 years of age or older (excluding Quebec rentals), unless otherwise specified by a Guest Support Member. The person booking must always be present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.
3) Parking passes, keys, and or fobs will be issued upon arrival to the property, these must be returned upon checkout. If not returned your damage deposit will be forfeited
4) There are small bins for garbage and recycling in the property. After your stay, please bring all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles, this includes all alcohol bottles. If garbage or recycling is left on the property your damage deposit will be forfeited.
5) No smoking on the property, your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.
6) Some properties have wood burning fireplaces, these are not to be used by guests, if used your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.
7) A cleaning charge will be added to your property rental fee. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from your damage deposit at an hourly rate. At the end of your stay please put any used hand towels or dish towels in the tub, and make sure that all dishes are clean and put away. Please do not leave dishes in the dishwasher, clean or dirty.
8) The management company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
9) If property damage occurs, the management company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion
By proceeding with this booking , I/We agree with the management company that I/we will use the property and its facilities in accordance with the above terms and conditions and/or posted house rules, and that I/we do so at our own risk of injury.

Great weekend away
Very clean, lots of rooms and space. Perfect for our group. We definitely enjoyed how close the village was. Could use more mirrors for getting ready but will definitely book again.

Great Location Clean and Beautiful Place
We enjoyed the stay at Sierra Lane property. Check-in and out processes were straight forward. The unit was clean and equipped well with all the necessary items needed. Loved the backyard too. Will consider coming back when we visit BM next time.

Great place
It is very much as advertised. Clean, walking distance to the village. The only thing I wosh we had was a more comfortable sofa to sleep on, as I was the one using it I feel it should have a mattress topper or something for comfort. Everything else was great!

We were very disappointed with our stay overall, primarily due to several significant issues with the property.Major concerns:The listing describes “light construction,” but this felt very misleading. There was very loud banging directly outside the home, large construction vehicles, and workers present, including on the weekend. The noise was disruptive and would be especially problematic for families with babies or toddlers who are light sleepers.There were extension cords stretched across and blocking the front door and tablesaws cutting wood in the front walkway. This did not feel safe, particularly for any children walking unaccompanied out the front door.There were also long planks of wood extending into the shoveled walkway, making the cleared path unusable. We had to walk through the snow to get to our car, which was inconvenient and unsafe.The lower level shower is broken and requires specific instructions to prevent it from leaking continuously after use. This was inconvenient and not something guests should have to manage.The stove is essentially unusable. Two knobs are broken, and one burner cannot be used at all. For a rental property, especially one marketed for families, a functional kitchen is essential.Additionally, the pots and pans are very old and almost unusable, which made cooking difficult even aside from the stove issues.The house was not cleaned thoroughly prior to our arrival, which was disappointing.Parking was also an issue. Fall Getaway
I'll start by saying that I would stay here again. Place was clean (except behind a unit we moved in order to fit in an air mattress for my son). We found a yogurt bottle and expected dust bunnies under the unit. Thermostat was a bit complicated, but property management was quick to reply to my texts. One bedroom upstairs has an odd frosted window with no blinds, which left the room very bright in the morning. Next I would bring a sleep mask.

We stayed at this property for two nights and were disappointed with many things. First it isn’t bright like advertised, the main floor is quite dark even in the middle of the day. The shower heads are a joke, the one in then second floor bathroom is disgusting, rotting with rust or calcium buildup and has very little water pressure. The main floor shower is tiny and the shower head is attached to the long handle in the wall making it difficult to stand under the shower head. The three weird chairs in the living room are impossible to sit on and so uncomfortable and the loose cushion were filthy. There was dried on food on some of the dishes. There are no mattress covers on two of the beds. There was an old set in stain on one of the sheets. The house could do with a deep cleaning. Have stayed at nicer, cleanser places for far less in Blue Mountain. The pictures falsely represent the condition of this property. Very disappointed
