The space
Welcome to our Vista Verde 2 bed/2 bath condo. We know you will enjoy your stay in our desert paradise, which sits at the foot of the Santa Catalina mountains and only 1.7 miles from Sabino Canyon. The condo has been entirely renovated and furnished with every amenity we could think of to make your stay a true delight. We love Tucson and couldn’t think of a better location to enjoy the recreation, culture, and delicious food the city offers. Our condo is on the second floor which provides the most ideal views, higher ceilings, and no neighbors above!

Master Bedroom:
The master bedroom has a queen bed facing the amazing views. We have lots of luxury linens and new mattress to create your perfect night’s sleep. The walk-in closet is equipped with California Closet organization system and hangers so you can unpack and stow your luggage. An iron and ironing board are provided for your use. A smart TV allows you to log-in to your TV apps and watch your favorite shows in your home away from home. Roller shades and blackout curtains allow you to control your privacy and light levels for a most restful sleep

Master Bath:
The master bath features two sinks, toilet, and large shower with built-in bench. Spa-like and serene, we provide you with plush towels (including bath sheets instead of tiny towels), a hairdryer, make-up removal clothes, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and soap.

Secondary Bedroom:
The secondary bedroom features a twin daybed with a pull-out trundle. We can position the twin beds together on the same plane (size of a king) or apart based on our guests’ desires. It is appointed with luxury linens and new mattresses, just like the Master. The closet in this room is smaller but also contains California Closet built-ins. Here we store our pack and play portacrib and bedding for our tiny visitors.

Secondary Bath:
Our quaint euro-chic bathroom is newly renovated and services the common area along with the secondary bedroom. It’s small but fully equipped with a tiled shower and the same plush towels and bath products as the master bath.

Kitchen:
After a day in the sunshine, we want you to be able to comfortably cook and enjoy a meal in the condo (despite being within walking distance to some amazing restaurants). We stocked the kitchen with new non-stick cookware, bakeware, serving dishes, utensils, and more. In addition to all major appliances, we provide a blender, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, and even have a wine fridge for your favorite vintage. We offer ceramic dishes and glasses along with plastic-ware to durably serve the entire family. Forget a water bottle? No problem, we provide a few to keep you hydrated and trail-ready.

Dining Room:
A modern dining table and 4 chairs sit in front of the most majestic view Tucson offers. It’s the perfect spot for meals or game night. We provide a stack of our favorite card and board games in the living room TV cabinet for you to enjoy during your stay.

Patio:
There is a large private patio balcony along the back of the condo, which offers the most beautiful unobstructed views of the Santa Catalina mountains. You may even spot a few golfers as they traverse one of the nearby Ventana Canyon Golf & Racquet Club greens. We offer two sets of chairs on the balcony where you can sit and enjoy coffee in the morning or have a glass of wine in the evening.

Living Room:
Our living room has a beautiful new sofa and vintage midcentury lounger to comfortably put your feet up and relax while reading a book, viewing the mountains as they change color at sunrise/sunset, or watching the large smart TV (just log-in to your favorite TV apps).

Workspace:
There is a two-seater breakfast bar that serves as the perfect workstation to catch up on email or work remotely. Fast WiFi is provided to all our guests.

Laundry:
A stacked washer and dryer are available in the unit. We provide detergent pods and wool dryer balls for our guests.

Community spaces:
The Greens at Ventana Canyon features 3 heated pools, 2 hot tubs, a fitness center, BBQ grill, outdoor tables, and other common areas. The key to the pools and fitness center are located on the cactus hook behind the front door. Striped pool towels are available for your use in both bedroom closets.

Parking:
During your stay, you will have one dedicated covered parking space. Open guest parking is nearby for additional vehicles.

Our Welcome Guide:
We offer a guest guidebook that provides useful information for your stay in Tucson. This custom guide is filled with Vista Verde details, condo complex amenity information, and recommendations for restaurants, recreational activities, shopping, and more. The printed guidebook will be awaiting your arrival on the breakfast bar.
