We want you to feel like a guest in our home. We look forward to your visit. VIEW THE PHOTOS! 3 flat screen HD TV's(47",40", 23") all with free HD satellite cable, 3 DVD players, free HIGH SPEED WiFi. Free local phone with an answering machine, Bose stereo/CD with I-Pod dock, picnic coolers to use at the beach, canvas bags for green shopping, in condo FREE washer/dryer, detergent, bleach, dryer sheets, shampoo/conditioner provided, and an iron so you can pack light. Discovery Point beach towels provided with unlimited exchanges. Games, beach toys and DVD's, one of "those kitchen drawers" with many things to make your stay smoother, first aid supplies, a queen sofa bed with an upgrade memory foam mattress plus a twin sofa bed and tankless unlimited hot water. The fully equipped upgraded kitchen has Corian, all appliances and all the utensils you could need for snacks to a full meal.
Each bedroom has alarm clocks, HD TV, DVD, ample storage, phone and safes. The master bedroom has a king bed, in suite full bath provides a walk in shower with bench. The second bedroom has twin beds that can be combined into a king, upon request, and its attached bath has a closet and soaking tub/shower.

DPC offers 450ft of private beach, ocean front fresh water pool and Jacuzzi, thatched huts, beach umbrellas and numerous chairs, two on site tennis courts, four Pickle Ball courts, basketball hoop, redone grilling area with new gas grills, free international phone and Internet computer/printer in manager's office during business hours. DPC has the best on site management team on Cayman. Miss Ollie, Mgr. and Miss Ann Rose, Asst. Mgr. will cheerfully help you with all your questions, a virtual concierge service. DPC is positioned at the quiet North end of SMB but still only minutes from two major supermarkets and world class restaurants and dive sites. It's only a short walk or swim to world famous Cemetery Reef snorkel site or just go right out front. A rental car is recommended but inexpensive public transportation is available right from DPC. All linens and all towels, bath AND BEACH, are provided in the condo as well as daily friendly housekeeping service, except Sunday and holidays. Again, self service beach towel exchange is provided so you can always have fresh beach towels. They are outside behind the office at dive gear wash area.

This was a really great stay. I was particularly happy with the location. It is close enough to go anywhere you want in the touristy area, but away from the crowds. We had amazing just spectacular right outside our door in front of the property and pretty much had the ocean to ourselves. Communication with the host was prompt and pleasant, and the place was spotless. I would definitely stay again.

Family trip for five

We had a great stay at Discovery point. The condo had everything we needed to prepare meals, which we did multiple times. Two adult kids stayed in the 2nd bedroom while the third stayed on the pull out couch in the family room. The beach on the property was beautiful. We rented a car that allowed us to drive to dinners out or to the grocery store. We also rented a paddle board to take full advantage of our time at the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location

Just the perfect place to stay! Beautiful views, easy access to the beach and pool. Snorkeling right out from the beach. You can rent a paddleboard, paddle up to Cemetery Beach, and snorkel there. Property is kept and managed beautifully. Excellent communication from owner and property manager.

Great property - pool and snorkeling right off the beach, tennis courts, daily housekeeping and a wonderful staff. We had a great stay at Discovery Point Club and would return in a heartbeat.

Awesome stay at an amazing place.

We stayed here as a family for our spring break this year and absolutely fell in love with it! The accommodations are excellent, comfortable and very nice size for the islands. The views and sunsets were just as great. The beach here and the snorkeling right out front is amazing as well.. to top it off the staff here are very friendly and accommodating. We love Cayman and we love this place.. We will be back!

Another great time at DPC!

Enjoyed yet another great visit to Grand Cayman, returning to DPC since we were so happy there last time. Condo and grounds are well maintained. Kitchen was very well appointed with plenty of cookware, dishes, utensils, etc and thereā€™s a newly renovated Fosterā€™s grocery store about a mile away.Condo is located way down Seven Mile Beach away from the hustle and bustle of Georgetown and the cruise ships. Highly recommend a car if you stay here, which is very easy to rent right outside the airport. Thanks for another great experience at DPC! We hope to return!

One Word - WOW!

The condominium was conveniently located near great snorkeling, shops, grocery venues. The unit was clean and well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. Access to a grill was a bonus and facilitated great meals in the unit. The property management group was phenomenal and always close by and ready to help. Canā€™t wait for our next trip!

Fantastic Stay

I have to give this place the great review it deserves, at risk of increasing its popularity and not having it available the next time I go to the Caymans. I would absolutely rent this condo again without looking at any others. The location was terrific - directly on 7 mile beach. The view from the spacious balcony was great, I would watch the cruise ships amble into port every morning and the dive boats heading out to the wreck during the day. The beach was right outside the door and the pool was right on the beach. Beach chairs and towels were supplied daily at no charge and it was never crowded. Driving everywhere was easy and there were grocery stores and liquor stores close by. We often ate in as the kitchen was well stocked and how could we miss the great sunset from the balcony. The owner was very responsive and the staff at the complex simply could not have been nicer - really hospitable and willing to help arrange any request. The best!

We just got back from our trip to Grand Cayman. It is our 3rd trip in the last 5 years and our first stay at Discovery Point Club. We really liked everything about it. The layout and the patio/view was just awesome. We are avid snorkelers and the location worked really nice for us since you can see good habit right outside your own door on 7 Mile Beach without needing to jump on a boat. Grand Cayman is really such a nice and easy place for kids to get use to snorkeling from shore. The Discovery Point Club is on the northerly end of 7 Mile Beach so it is a little quieter and provides the perfect separation from the busyness that comes with the larger hotels and the cruise ship drop-off locations. We have used VRBO for the last 10+ years and I have to say this is by the far the easiest/most helpful owner I have ever worked with. You can truly tell they want you to have a great time and are extremely helpful and responsive with any questions you might have. We will for sure be back.

Perfection at its finest

Todd was easy to communicate with. There were a few small things we had to sort out but he was always available to answer our questions or had a solution to fix the problem. His staff at the resort were superb. Ollie and the ā€œcoconut manā€ were a joy. We were also greeted with a fruit basket. When the chain on the master toilet broke my husband did a quick fix and we were thanked by a family sized Rum cake. My daughter left her Apple Watch and they will be sending it back to us shortly. The beach is the best of both worlds: snorkeling or soft sandy area for a quick refreshing dip. The unit had so many extras from seasonings, toiletries, ziploc bags, Tervis tumblers, floats etc. If you are looking for a great rental donā€™t look any further. We will definitely rent again!

Great Time in Discovery #46

Just returned from a great long weekend in Discovery Point Unit 46. Unit has everything you could possibly need and is exactly as described in the listing. Plenty of room for our party of six, and the best part hands down was how empty the beach/pool area are. We were there President's Day weekend and no matter when we got to the beach or the pool, there was plenty of room and more importantly umbrellas/palapas. Sand was beautiful, and the water was prob 25% sand and 75% coral/rock. Watershoes were not necessary, but are also not a bad idea. Supermarket right up the road, along with a few restaurants which were good. Buses easy to grab right outside the complex. We've stayed at the Regal Beach and now here. Both were excellent, but the big difference was the number of people. Up by DPC it is very, very quiet. Down in the heart of 7mile, it's much busier, with many more people. Personally, I enjoyed having fewer people by day, but having to grab a bus/taxi at night to go the restaurants was a bit more of a pain. With a rental car, you could have the best of both worlds. As for the unit, everything you could want is in the unit. TV's, AC, games, books, stocked kitchen, cooler for the beach, etc. It was perfect. Thx Todd!

Discovery Point Club - #46 - THE BEST!!!

This was our first trip anywhere in the Caribbean and we started planning 8 months in advance. We wanted a nice, but affordable place to stay in Grand Cayman so I did a lot of research prior to selecting a condo. I am not sure how we were so blessed to pick the perfect place! The condo is EXACTLY as pictured, is very accommodating and felt homey the minute we walked in. There were fresh flowers on the counter when we arrived...such a nice touch! There are so many little extras included with this condo. For example, there is that drawer that we all have at home that has miscellaneous items. Wow! the Gorilla Glue came in very handy! There was nothing we needed that was not found in this condo. Also, this unit has a washer and dryer that is not available in all units. I've always been one of those that thought -- "oh, I'm not going to do laundry...I'm on vacation." Trust me, the stinky swim suits, swim shirts and cover-ups need a frequent washing! The view from this unit is breathtaking. There is definitely an advantage to an end unit. We rented it as a 2BR as my husband and I had two 20 years olds with us. I would definitely recommend renting a car as this is at the northern end of Seven Mile Beach. But we liked that it was away from the major hubbub of the cruise ship "traffic". Besides, you need a car if you want to explore other parts of the island on your time. You would be amazed how many miles we put on our rental car for no bigger than the island is! There are amazing places all over the island. One of our favorite things to do is snorkeling and there was good snorkeling right outside the property and it was a short swim to Cemetery Beach and Reef. We found Cemetery Beach and Reef to be our favorite snorkel spot. The management team was very kind, professional and friendly. We just couldn't be any happier with our condo...and if we're ever fortunate enough to get to return to Grand Cayman, our dates will be determined by when this unit is available. There is no other place we would stay. A very big thank you to the owners for sharing this condo and many thanks to Miss Annrose and the rest of the people who make this property so beautiful and inviting.

The Best on the Block, Look no further,

This was our first trip to Cayman, we hopped off the plane and a quick walk across the street to Andy's and picked up our rental car. We were a little concerned about the whole driving on the left side of the street but it turned out to be no problem at all. Upon our arrival we were greeted by Miss Ollie and Miss Annrose, they went over a few things showed us a map of the island and told us to enjoy ourselves, and if we needed anything to be sure to come and see them, they would answer any questions and or concerns. Walking into the unit it was clean and refreshing, the view off the balcony was simply breathtaking. You not only get a view of the lovely swimming pool but also of the open waters for as far as the eye can see. The unit has a fully stocked kitchen with pots and pans, dishes and utensils, we also discovered the owner has a drawer with little odds and ends that one may have forgotten to pack such as batteries, aspirin and even a needle and thread which came in handy to me on our trip. There is also laundry in the unit which is great to throw in wet clothes at the end of the day after swimming and snorkeling. My husband did quite a bit of snorkeling which you can walk right out of the condo onto the beach and walk right in the water to do so and not have to get on boat. On our first morning we were surprised by Jerian an employee at Discovery Point Club with a couple of fresh coconuts and some straws to drink the juice. The view off the balcony is amazing for the morning sunrise as well as in the evening for the sunset, Just Gorgeous. They have cute little huts with lawn chairs to sit out on the beach and relax with a good book . There is so much to see and do from the turtle farm to swimming with the dolphins, to Stingray City to a peaceful walk thru the Queen Elizabeth II Botanical Garden or just taking a drive to the end of the Island to Rum Point. Local grocery stores or shopping in general are not far from the condo in either direction. We hope to return soon and will definitely be staying in unit #46.

On our second trip to Grand Cayman, my husband and I spent the first week of December at Discovery point, unit #46. We wanted a condo far enough North along Seven Mile Beach to be away from the more crowded Georgetown area. We rented a car for the week that Discovery Point assisted with; it was very reasonable in price, even meeting us at the airport to obtain the vehicle and process the paperwork. The complex itself is on a beautiful stretch of beach, and very well maintained. There was never an issue finding a spot at either the beach or pool and there were plenty of beach towels. Overall, the complex is peaceful and relaxing. Unit #46 is on the 3rd floor (top) with a beautiful view of the pool area and the beach beyond. Everything about the unit is first class with granite countertops and top-notch appliances and furnishings. All the TVs and electronics were also excellent. We have stayed at a different complex at Grand Cayman, and the amenities offered at this unit go so far beyond what you will typically find at a rental it is difficult to list them all. From the quality of the provided dishware and linens, to the smaller things like having a few baggies or rubber bands that one might forget to pack, we were impressed. My husband and I rarely visit the same area within a country, or the country itself twice; we have never stayed at a resort or condo more than once. Grand Cayman is so nice we are making an exception for this unit and have already booked a return trip for #46.

Clean, friendly on the beach - walk out & snorkel. Great lanai - watched July 4th fireworks from there. Saw the moonlight over the water & beautiful sunsets. Beach is clean.

Cayman is an exceptionally beautiful, friendly island and this condo was just perfect for our family of 5 plus the grandparents. Upon arrival the condo was absolutely immaculate (and I'm really picky to put it mildly) and fully stocked with all the dishes, pots, pans and utensils you could need. Huge plus having a laundry in the unit to throw all the wet suits into at the end of the day and there was even detergent for us! Beds were super comfy. The screened in porch - so lovely and peaceful to have breakfast out there each morning enjoying the wonderful view. The staff at Discovery Point were friendly and responsive. One afternoon one of the staff climbed one of the coconut trees and treated us all to fresh coconut juice! The kids loved being able to go easily between the pool and beach and I loved how there were ample lounge chairs and shade huts on the beach. It's a vacation when everything is just easy!!!

for the ultimate vacation destination. DPC and this wonderful condo has everything you could ever ask for. The owners have thought of everything, and I mean everything, that could make you feel right at home on this beautiful 7 mile beach condo. The 3rd floor location provides an amazing view of the ocean and spectacular sunsets. This unit has a fully stocked kitchen with every utensil/pots/pans/containers/etc. etc. that you could ever think of. Huge big screen television in the living room and flat screens in both bedrooms with HDTV. Wireless internet was very reliable and fast. The Bose Wave system provided us with music while playing scrabble on the screened lanai in the evenings. Washer and dryer worked great and there was even laundry detergent and dryer sheets for us to use if we wanted to. We brought our own but thank for supplying anyway. I could go on and on.....trust me, my wife and I are picky and expect everything to be in order while we are on vacation and the owners did not disappoint. The staff is and always have been the ultimate reason that makes DPC what it is. The owners take great pride in their units and make this destination the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun, beach, pool, and ocean. I was even contacted prior to my visit by the owners to make sure I didn't have any special requests before my arrival......who does that? Simply amazing!! Spend your vacation here, you won't be disappointed. P.S. I was not paid for this review and feel free to contact me for any specific questions. Awesome Ocean Front Condo w/ Great Views

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this unit in Grand Cayman. I, along with my co-pilot, flew a group of individuals to the island for four days of relaxation. Everything, I must say, was outstanding. Ollie Ebanks was very accommodating. She had no problem with our late arrival and was extremely helpful when I needed to make a call back to the U.S. to coordinate our customs arrival. The unit is very clean, equipped with everything I could ask for, and quiet. I appreciate the quiet, along with my sleep, more and more the older I get! My youngest child, age fifteen, says that I wake-up from the slightest of noises and I had no such interruptions while staying at your place. Again, thank you for allowing us to stay at your place! It was wonderful! Iā€™d like to get my wife to Grand Cayman in the future and when I do Iā€™ll certainly try and stay at this condo.

Pat and I and our two children have been Cayman visitors for 31 years, 29 at DPC. We decided to quit thinking of what we would do if we owned a condo and bought one. We were always in love with the 3rd floor for privacy and view and waited for the opportunity to purchase a third floor end/corner unit. There is only one Seven Mile Beach! The management of DPC is a joy to deal with as a guest, as we were for 16 years, or as an owner for 15 years. The location away from the busy hotels and cruise ship visitors assuring an uncrowded private beach and pool.

The view from the 3rd floor end unit is special. DPC being direct straight on beach front 100ft from the shore with no angled or obstructed views, gives you a panorama unparalleled with most SMB properties. Actually better than most rooms at the Ritz Carlton. Just walking the beach convinced us that Discovery Point Club was the place to be. I enjoy mornings on the lanai most.
