Beautiful Beachfront and Bayfront House

Relax, breathe the ocean air, and create lifelong memories at this gorgeous beachfront and bay front open concept home. Just steps to your private beach to the front and with a private dock to the bay in the back, you will get the best of both worlds. Beautiful views throughout the home to the bay and to the beach. The house is equipped with everything you need to have a wonderful time, relaxing at the beach, creating wonderful family memories, or sharing a romantic oceanfront experience.

PLEASE NOTE THE BEACH ACCESS WAS WASHED AWAY IN A STORM AND THE DUNES WERE REPLACED, CURRENTLY GUESTS WILL HAVE TO ENTER THE BEACH FROM AN ACCESS POINT ON EITHER SIDE OF THE HOME, BOTH OF WHICH ARE A APPROXIMATELY 3 MINUTE WALK

Each of the downstairs rooms contains a king sized bed and a smart tv. Upstairs, there are two bunk beds with four total twin sized beds. Beneath the home in the ground floor room there are several items for your enjoyment free of charge including several bicycles, sports equipment, boogie boards, beach toys, beach chairs, two grills, two picnic tables and more.

There are decks front and back with furniture for lounging and lazing or for just enjoying the fantastic views. And remember to bring your kayak or jet skis!! The boat dock has had an extension added to make it easier to board. **please be aware that any activity that you or anyone in your group engages in is at your own risk and you are solely responsible**. **please be aware that the home was built in 1982 and, while there have been many improvements and modifications, certain details of the home show wear** **please note that 1 of the 3 bathrooms is outdoors behind the back staircase (see photos)**

Perfect location

We were a family of 6 adults and 2 children plus 2 fur babies. We loved our stay. My mom is already asking when we can go back. Kevin is very responsive and prompt with the replies. This is the perfect location with the ocean across the street and marsh in the back. The kids loved the bunk beds.

Amazing location

Nice home with beach in the front and the intracoastal waterway in the back. The kids and I had a lot of fun! The beach here wasnā€™t crowded at all. There are lots of good places to eat nearby, or a well stocked kitchen in the home. Would definitely stay again, thank you!

Good value, great location

We visited during a tropical storm, and the owner was quick to reply, helped with a few issues, and was accommodating given our weather hiccups. The place is older but perfect if you are there to stay at the beach as long as possible. The sound side pier is a gem!

Nice location and great time!

We had a great time during our stay. The owner was responsive and quickly answered any questions we had. The house was clean and well stocked. We got to watch a sea turtle nest hatch right beside the beach access deck which was such an awesome experience! The beach is just steps away!

The house was very clean and the location was perfect. The inside of the house has some areas in need of fixing. Things including the floor transitions and light fixtures need repair. The floor transitions were our biggest area of irritation with having a toddler. The transitions were loose and falling off. The ping pong table advertised was not usable at all. Great home and location.

Great view of the beach from the front deck. Beach access is just a few steps from the house. The common area is comfortable and spacious with lots of big windows and great light. The back deck overlooks the sound, and there is a path leading to a dock there. Bed linens, bath and beach towels are included which was very convenient. The house was very clean. The beach area is uncrowded.

Magnificent wedding weekend on the sound

We searched the full length of New River Inlet Rd to find a venue for our intimate wedding of 25 people. No where fit the right combination of available beds, parking, yard size and price until we found this treasure! Every last detail was spot on to meet our needs. Kevin is very responsive and an excellent human; he made sure we had availability to all the amenities needed to make our day and graciously communicated his expectations for us to hold our event. The private dock on the sound is a dream location at sunset for photographs! We will see you back in a year for our anniversary!

Perfect for our family of 6!!

My family and I stayed here for 5 days. The house was just as the pictures showed. Beautiful! Very spacious and nicely decorated. The house had all the essentials for cooking, linens, plus games and activities for the kids. The high chair and pack n play were a bonus for my little one. The location was perfect. You really do get the best of both worlds with the house being beach and sound front. Itā€™s a short distance from the shops, restaurants and the grocery store. The large yard was nice for my children and dogs to play in. Our host was very attentive to any needs or questions we had. We highly recommend this property and canā€™t wait to come back!

The property was listed as four bedrooms and three baths. There are four bedrooms, but only two bags inside the property. One of the bathrooms is outside. I feel like this should be listed clearly on the property listing and we were not satisfied with the fact that someone would have to go outside to use the bathroom. The back door to the property was a problem as it was off the hinges and the owner admitted it was in need of repair/replacement, but they had not gotten it done yet. All the furnishings and interior were very old and somewhat disconcerting. I could not in good faith. Recommend this place to someone else. I will say this that the location of the property was awesome and exactly what we wanted, but we will never stay there again due to the fact that I feel the property was listed in properly. Also to pay 200 a day in additional fees is irrational!!

Great first visit to North Topsail Beach

The house is in a great location to take advantage of all that the area has to offer. We really enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the private pier in the back to kayak the sound. We found some great shells and sharks teeth on the beach and enjoyed a walk at the drive on beach at the very end of the road. We only wished it wasn't quite so windy every day we were there! The house was comfortable for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens). Some of the kitchen gear has seen better days but we made do. The area with the pingpong table was a bit too muddy/wet to use (and the wind factor) but in drier weather could be an awesome place for hanging out. Beds were comfortable and we appreciated the extra blankets. We noticed a few small maintenance issues but nothing that prevented us from enjoying the house. Overall a great visit and relaxing spring break for us.

I enjoy the beach most when I have some space of my own. I visited Topsail for the first time several years ago and fell in love with the gorgeous beach and the privacy you have to relax and enjoy it to the fullest.

O que faz essa propriedade ser Ćŗnica?

My property has a private pier to the inlet in the back, where you can watch the sunset as I have many times, each one is beautiful in its own way. You are close enough to the ocean to hear the waves even with the windows closed. With three king beds on the ground floor and several free amenities, I believe my property has everything you may need to have a vacation that you will never forget.
