Great Family Location!
We were 3 couples - parents (60s) and 2 grown son and their wives. The upstairs open concept living space was excellent for the 6 of us. The weather during our stay was cold and rainy, so having a great house with comfortable living space helped make up for the weather. The upstairs master bedroom was very nice with a beautiful bathroom and way more closet space than you could ever need. The 2 downstairs bedrooms were nice, but both couples wished there were king beds in those rooms. Only one of those bedrooms has an en suite bathroom. There is a full bathroom in the hall that the couple in the other bedroom utilized. Outside those bedrooms is a built in bunk with full (?) sized mattress that would be perfect for the grandkids. However, anyone sleeping there would also be using the bathroom in the hallway.
The kitchen was well-stocked with drinkware, dishes, pots and pans, and barware. You will want to bring extra garbage bags and dishwasher pods. There is an espresso machine with built-in bean grinder as well as a French press, traditional coffee maker, and a keurig. There was also an electric kettle for heating water for tea.
The recreational facilities at the complex looked outstanding, but due to the weather we couldn’t take advantage of them. The house does come with 2 bikes and 2 paddle boards. You will have to bring your own rackets for pickleball and tennis and a volleyball and basketball for those courts.
We would definitely stay here again!
