Laminate wood floors, comfy furnishings, spacious balcony with a view of the Bay Tree courtyard! The common areas alone are excellent, large swimming pool, private lighted fishing pier, covered parking, boat parking, and boat slips for rent. No smoking, NO pets. Parking for 1 standard sized vehicle. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking. Bay Tree requires a parking pass for your vehicle and wrist bands worn at the community facilities. These are issued upon check-in.
