After a long day at the beach relax in the huge community pool or sit and have a cocktail while watching the boats pass through the channel. Sorry, pets are NOT allowed. Parking for 2 with required parking permit. Boat parking available, for an additional $20 per night plus tax. Please request when booking.

- A 2-3 night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required.
- SELF CATERING: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel service is provided during your stay.
- Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than one, spices/seasoning, extra trash bags, sun tan lotion/sunblock and beach gear.
- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm Payments.

- These starter supplies are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, shampoo & conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
