Fishing from our private pier is a must! Lounging around our Texas size pool and barbecuing with the family after a fun day of fishing and the beach is the perfect way to end your day. Up for some friendly competition? Check out our tennis or pickle ball on the new courts. Enjoy the sunrises/sunsets, bring your camera. AND, you can see pelicans, sea turtles, dolphins and other sea birds in the Private Marina. Close to restaurants, fishing, beach, and night life. No smoking, no pets. Parking for 1 vehicle. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking. Bay Tree requires a parking pass for your vehicle and wrist bands worn at the community facilities. These are issued upon check-in.
