Explore the nearby Kelly Hamby Nature Trail Park or head to San Luis Beach, which is two miles away. Load your car and make sure to stop by these must-visit attractions: Stahlman Park, Jamaica Beach City Park, and Brazoria National Wildlife Refuge.

The main living space of the home is located on the upper level, which is the second floor within the home. Here, you will encounter a coastal-themed open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Spread out comfortably in the welcoming living area, furnished with a cozy sectional right in front of a huge smart TV with streaming services. Children will love the small mini-kitchen right next to the TV where they can play and mimic the chef of the group. Speaking of the chef, whoever gets to cook for the group will enjoy a well-appointed kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is complete with everything needed to whip up delicious homemade treats and meals.

This floor features an extensive wraparound deck with unparalleled views of the beach and the ocean and a nice picnic table where you can dine alfresco, play board games with the kiddos, and enjoy the breeze. In addition, you will find one coastal-themed bedroom with a smart TV.

The first floor hosts three additional bedrooms, including the primary suite, and a cozy family room. This area is also equipped with comfy furniture, a smart TV, and a convenient wet bar with a sink and a mini-fridge. The primary suite enjoys a small seating area with plenty of natural light and impressive views of the water, a smart TV, and an en suite bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs for endless entertainment. This level also features a deck with inviting furniture where you all can hang out and relax. Additional perks include a stacked washer/dryer on the first floor, children's toys, books, games, beach gear, a hammock, a booster seat, a gas grill, and an enclosed outdoor shower.

THINGS TO KNOW
Due to fluctuating tap water quality in the Village of Surfside Beach, it is recommended to bring bottled water for drinking and/or cooking during your stay. During times of elevated water contaminants, water coming from the faucets and toilets may have a yellow tint. The water is safe for bathing.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
