This extended stay retreat, located a mere 4 blocks from the picturesque Boardman Lake and Thirlby Field, offers a delightful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home fully furnished with all-new, stylish furniture.

The main level welcomes you with a bright and open layout, featuring a formal dining room adjoining the eat-in kitchen. Two bedrooms grace the main level, including a primary bedroom with a queen-sized bed and his-and-her closets, as well as a second bedroom with two twin beds. The lower level surprises with a versatile flex space set up as a non-conforming 3rd bedroom, perfect for kids or adults (photos coming soon!).

Additional amenities include a designated lower-level laundry room, an oversized 2-car detached garage, and a private backyard. Immerse yourself in Traverse City living at the 16th Street Professional Retreat—your ideal home away from home.

Rental Policy:
- No smoking of any kind or fireworks are permitted.
- No events, parties, or large gatherings are permitted.
- Primary guest must sign the rental agreement and water waiver prior to their stay. This will be sent to their email on file.
- One (1) small to medium dog is okay.

To help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with Safely to provide all reservations with damage protection. This protection plan costs $49.00 for 1-29 nights, $249.00 for 30-59 nights, then $70.00 for each additional 30-night block. Also, by booking, you are giving this third-party permission to screen your identity and check it against their guest register and criminal databases.
