We do utilize dynamic pricing. This means booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.

Due to severe allergies in owner families we do not allow pets on property.

★ Events and Visitor Policy ★
To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone, we do not allow events or gatherings be held at the property. The maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any time is 10, which includes both overnight guests and any daytime visitors. Unfortunately, this means that additional local visitors are not permitted.

We had a great time here. The views are amazing. The hot tub stayed hot. The kitchen had ample items. The beds were comfy. Communication was great. We will definitely stay here again!

We had a pleasant stay overall, but wanted to share a few concerns. The bed covers and blankets had some hair on them, and the coffee maker didn’t seem to be working. We also noticed a gas smell downstairs, which was manageable when windows were open.Just wanted to share this feedback for improvement—thank you!

We had a wonderful stay. I was most impressed with Kavita and her almost-instant response to any questions we had. The place was as advertised. Since it's on the beach, yes, there is the normal wear-and-tear that happens near the salt air, but all-in-all it fit the bill for our visit.

Beautiful home - very comfortable!

We very much enjoyed staying here. The views were amazing, the kitchen well appointed and the beds were comfortable. My family enjoyed the ping pong table and the games.

Lovely home right on the beach on Whidbey. Easy beach access, good sunset viewing. But, pretty pricy.

Relaxing beachfront

We really enjoyed our stay, the property was in the perfect spot for relaxing on the deck. Sunsets were amazing every night. The game room was a fun edition for the evenings!

The location is beautiful but the property is not up to the quality that the pricing would suggest. I would not pay more than 500 a night for this property in the future. There is an odor which seems a mixture of rot and sewage that hits you in the face when you open the door (it’s not the ocean/beach either, that’s a different unique smell that we know well). There is little attention to detail in terms of cleanliness from the front porch to the kitchen - there was a coating of grime on most cupboards and handles. There were ripped blinds, chipped tiles and cracked stairs that pinched our kids feet. There are hot tub chemicals stored unsecured in the kitchen. There were dead bugs in the window sills. There were zip ties holding blinds together and duct tape on the front door knob and some light switches to prevent their use. The walk to the beach access is not safe - it is a busy highway. Overall it is not a kid friendly space. There is no barbecue as one would expect for a beach getaway. The owners have tried to make this property into a STR with new furniture and some upgrades upstairs which is what you’ll see pictured. And at least the bedding was new and clean. But there is a lot of work left to do to complete the vision and provide guests with the experience they are trying to sell. I feel taken advantage of and am incredibly disappointed.

Wonderful seaside, family-friendly house!

What a wonderful experience we had staying at this beautiful property! From the ease-of-booking to an extremely responsive property management team, our experiences even before staying at the house were seamless. But of course the house itself was the best part! Stunning views, easy access to downtown Oak Harbor and kiddo friendly, we would highly recommend staying at this house, especially if you have little ones.

Great location - super convenient to Oak Harbor and Coupeville with all the amenities you need nearby. Only reason I go 4 instead Of 5 is the house is clearly in ‘waiting to be sold’ mode. Door to the porch sticks - one of the drawers in the kitchen is hard to open because it runs into a cupboard… etc. so awesome spot - would stay again - just needs a little TLC.

Great place for a family vacation.

We absolutely loved our time at this home. It was exactly as expected. Very clean. Had all the right supplies. The view every night was perfect. We fell asleep each night to the sounds of the waves coming in. The game tables were perfect to occupy our boys while the rest of us relaxed. The hot tub was a great way to end the day and watch the sunset. Check in, communication and check out were a breeze. Highly recommend.

Luxury stay on the beach

The house was amazing. The bottom living area and bedroom addition was perfect for a movie night while hearing the waves. The view is amazing from all around the house. The pictures don't give the view justice when you arrive. You walk up the front porch and when you open the door the 360 view was breathtaking walking in. We arrived at 5-6pm right when the sun started to go down. It was a great way to start our trip. Everything in the house was exactly as it described. I would stay again in a heart beat.
