Summit Vista is the perfect four season retreat in the heart of New Hampshire’s White Mountains. This beautifully renovated chalet features a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, a Cuisinart drip coffee maker, Pur water filter, and a bonus beer fridge for added convenience.

The open-concept living area offers vaulted ceilings, a spacious dining area, and a bright, comfortable living room with a brand-new Crate & Barrel sectional. Natural light pours in through oversized windows. Unwind with our 65” smart TV, featuring YouTube TV, Netflix, and Disney+, a Sonos Beam soundbar, classic board games, and an electric fireplace; ideal for après ski relaxation & movie nights.

Step outside the sliding glass door to your private deck, featuring ample seating, an electric Weber grill, and epic panoramic mountain views stretching from Attitash to Mount Washington. Don't forget your camera, you'll want to take photos.

Guest Access

Guests will have access to the entire home, as well as the grounds, and private deck.

For a fee, our guests can access the indoor heated pool, hot tub, fitness center, and seasonal outdoor pool at the Christmas Farm Inn, 3 miles up the road in Jackson. Day passes are $20/person, or $50/family.

Additional Notes

- There are several stairs from the parking spot to the condo
- No smoking
- No parties
- No pets
- No storing trash outside, or leaving food in your vehicle (there are bears in the neighborhood)
- Parking for 1 car in spot "6-B-2", plus additional visitor parking
- Primary renter must be 25+ years old
- I am typically available via the app between 7am-9pm
