This cozy, clean, 2 story updated rehabbed house sits at the base of Whitney Hill Rd. overlooking Whitney Hill @ Black Mt. Ski Area from the big glass windows in front, and the Great Brook in our big backyard. 3 Bedrooms+, Sleeps 6+ comfortably, 2 baths, all new bedding, towels and toiletries. Kids and pets love the yard, brook, and bunk beds!
Upstairs features a welcoming floor to ceiling fieldstone hearth and strand bamboo floors, fully applianced kitchen, dining and living room area, master/primary Queen bedroom, 3/4 bath, office/twin with TV and greenhouse window. New bedding and pillows, towels, blankets and sheets. Note: NO FIRES allowed! Downstairs features 2 bedrooms plus a bunkroom/playroom: One bedroom with full bed, one bedroom with Queen bed, and the bunkroom with 2 sets of built-in bunks with all new sleeping bags and blankets. Full bath downstairs and deck access off bunkroom. TV with VCR library with movies and yoga.

Some unique features of this home are the location, peaceful babbling brook down back, beautiful views of Whitney Hill and Black Mt Ski area across the street, antique ski and sports equipment mini-museum, original Jackson artwork, flower and fruit gardens. Sit back on the Adirondack chairs and watch the mountain cloud formations. Join the walkers, bikers and runners going by the house on the '5-Mile Circuit' loop. Local information basket about great local restaurants and shops not to miss. The back deck is a great place to relax, swing in the hammock, or grill up some dinner, overlooking the large backyard, gardens and brook. Play badminton, volleyball or walk down to the brook for a dip on a hot day. Check out our famous 6 person toboggan or sleds on the hill in our yard- XC or snowshoe too! Nearby- Across the street from Black Mt Ski Area; 15 mins to Attitash, Cranmore, Wildcat, Pinkham Notch Base/Tuckerman's Ravine Trail, close to Bretton Woods, Sunday River, Loon and more for Summer, Fall and Winter attractions and skiing! Sleds and the famous 6 man toboggan are available in winter. Sledding and brook side snowshoe trail in our backyard. Jackson Falls swimming is 2 miles away. Echo Lake, Saco River canoe and tubing trips and hiking to Diana's Bath are 15 mins. away in North Conway. Hiking trails and XC ski trails are a short walk from the house nearby at Black Mt, and many options for all levels of expertise in the Mt. Washington Valley. Mt. Washington/Pinkham Notch Base Camp is a quick scenic 15 mins drive from the house. Jackson, NH is in the Heart of the White Mountains and the center of the NH Area Attractions. Groceries and shopping are 10-15 mins drive, many great apres-ski and local Jackson restaurants a close distance away (4 mins walk), including the Shovel Handle Pub (check for availability) which is located next door at Whitney's Inn.
