The house features 3 Bedrooms, 2 baths, a living room, dining area, kitchen and a family room. Relax on the deck or sit by the 20x40 Heated Pool. The outdoor shower is handy when returning from the nearby beach. A lovely place to spend the summer!
Step foot into our large, open backyard and you won't want to leave! Enjoy our 20x40 pool, Weber gas grill, hammock, and plenty of outdoor lounge furniture. Dine outdoors on deck or pool side.
Pool is seasonal and is open from Memorial Day through September. Plenty of wood for evening gatherings around our firepit.

Located in Springs, East Hampton, our home is a 20-minute walk to beautiful Gerard Drive and Acabonac Harbor and is perfect for kayaking and boating.
A 10-minute drive to East Hampton village restaurants, shops, markets, and playgrounds. Also nearby are the South Fork wineries, multiple farmer's markets, theaters, and art museums.
The East Hampton train station is a 10-minute drive.
The kitchen is stocked with plenty of pots, pans, utensils, dishes, and glasses. We offer basic kitchen appliances as well, such as a Keurig, toaster, waffle maker, and blender.
Bath & beach towels, sheets, and a hair dryer are provided.
